Julia Roberts Out In NYC

Julia Roberts spotted out and about yesterday afternoon in between filming scenes for 'Eat, Pray, Love' in Manhattan. Julia looked casual in her black cropped jacket and aviator glasses as she took a brisk walk to get coffee before heading back to the set. Julia will be heading to Rome, Italy to film scenes for the film. Ahh, the perks of being an actress!
In recent news, it was reported that Julia was turned down for the lead role in 'The Proposal' after demanding too much money. The role eventually went to Sandra Bullock. The film made $151 million at the box office. I wonder if Julia is kicking herself now?

I read this book and I LOVED IT. Very well written. I dont know about julia roberts playing this role...? To be honest... though I am not a fan of Jennifer anistons acting... she woulda been best suited for this type of movie. If anyone hasn't read this book, i recomend giving it a try.
I'm left with a very eh feeling. Don't like the look and I feel like she's not bohemian enough to play the title role.

it was 94 degrees in NYC yesterday and she's wearing a jacket? i bet she most certainly does regret turning down The Proposal - Julia needs a hit badly.
Got it right. She was supposed to be in THE PROPOSAL but refused to take a pay cut . Her last film ,"Duplicity" bombed at the box office, earning only US$78million worldwide. Same with her movie, "Charlie Wilson's war". I know she was the biggest female star during the 90's, but the last few years, she can't get a hit movie even with Tom Hanks as her leading man.

i think she's so rich that she can reject a film and not kick herself if the film turns out great. i also think that sandra was a better fit for the proposal.

I have always thought her to be pretty ugly and her acting is just okay.
AGREED. SHE REALLY IS IN PERSON. VERY PALE AND DEAD LIKE HER ACTING.
