Brooke Hogan, the star of her own reality TV show ‘Brooke Knows Best,’ was scheduled to perform last weekend at a concert in New York last weekend. Organizers say she cancelled her performance at the last minute due to anxiety attacks and other medical issues.
"Brooke is incredibly
sensitive," a source close to the starlet said. "She really cares about
everyone around her and takes on a lot."A
rep for the Hogans told Tarts that "Brooke is better now, but she was
sick for a couple of weeks and advised that she couldn’t travel or
perform."
Could Brooke still be dealing with family drama, even though her parents reached a settlement in their divorce? It made enough of an impression to influence Brooke’s music.
"All of the drama with my
family and me and my mom and the separation between us and all that
crazy stuff, I actually wrote about that," Hogan recently told Tarts.
"I actually have a song called ‘Dear Mom’ and it’s about the trials and
tribulations with my mom, the battles with the press – and I’m in love,
so I wrote about that and just everything that I’ve been through."
All of the problems with Hulk and Linda Hogan made for juicy gossip, but it’s easy to forget that this is a real family. Hopefully Brooke is feeling better soon!

medical issue: she had a really hard blow to the head after a night of boozing/smoking and losing and burning out whatever that is left her brain cell……. Update:finally the last brain cell had to work on it’s on , in an empty room, as it repeated to her “YOU CAN’T SING – YOU REALLY CAN’T SING. YOU’RE NOT TALENTED . STOP MAKING A FOOL OF EVERYTHING YOU DO” . And then , the girl finally came to her 1 sense.
I hope she gets well soon, and that she is able to repair her relashionship with her mom…
I think her mother will have to do a complete turn around for that to happen. I feel very badly for Brooke.
hope she gets better. she probably has a lot going on…especially with all that family drama. her body probably needed a break from all the stress in her life.

It is a damned shame this girl takes as much crap as she does. If she had the opportunity to just do good MUSIC, I think she would do just fine. She has the chops. Instead, she has been managed into the paths of all these talentless rapper thugs and the kind of music Britney Spears does – more crap.

Brooke is a total sweetheart. She is genuinely nice to everyone and I just love her. I feel bad for all the things she has been recently going through with her family and I wish her all the best. I’d have anxiety too, especially with all that she is trying to do. I think she has a beautiful voice and groovy rythm and deffinently going to buy her cd.
