Kristen Stewart Is Scared Of Her Fans

Kristen Stewart is scared of her fans.
The ‘Twilight’ actress has even contemplated going out in a disguise because she is so concerned by some of the movie’s more fanatical followers.

"I'm scared. I feel like I could go out in disguise but they would still recognize my feet or the shape of my leg. They'd say, 'Hey, she looks about right.' And they would just bag me. It's scary."

Imagine being Rob Pattinson!

Although Kristen doesn’t find disguises useful, there are many celebrities who use other personas to avoid unwanted attention.
Cameron Diaz recently revealed she uses movie costumes to disguise herself when she wants to remain anonymous.
She said:

"I've enjoyed taking home some of the costumes from movie sets, in particular when I played Lotte Schwartz in 'Being John Malkovich'. That was really fun because I had these brown contact lenses and this crazy wig and I would go shopping as Lotte. People didn't even want to help me."

'Lost' star Dominic Monaghan recently revealed he wears a disguise when he goes out as he doesn't always have time to stop and talk to fans.
He said:

"Unfortunately I have to get to places on schedule, I don't do a huge amount of stopping. I wear little disguises so I don't get stopped, but it's good to feel the love, and good to know people are supportive of projects that I'm involved with."

Katy Perry - famed for her outrageous outfits - remains anonymous by wearing regular clothes as nobody expects her to dress down in public.
She said:

"I am like a ninja when it comes to disguise. I am really good at putting on a hat and sunglasses and leaving my sparkly outfits at home and putting on some sweats or something."

If you were a celeb, would you dress up in disguises to run errands? Or just take the chance that you might be spotted by a crazed fan?

Part of me understands what they are saying when it comes to dangerous fans but the normal ordinary fans, the "they"s that stewart is talking about- are the ones paying your bills and giving you a life that is extraordinary. Without "they" you would be just another struggling American. Fans are the life support of these people.

But she is an actresse, not a clown. Why don't some people understand that you may only want to be an actresse, not a celebrity. Looking at her, it's easy to understand that she doesn't need all that money - she doesn't wear expansive clothes and doesn't visit high-class restaurants. Maybe she likes acting and that's all.

Like she's the only actor in the history of movie making that's had this problem, right? I say 'actor' because I'm referring to men and women.

boohoo. what these celebrities forget is that if it wasn't for these fans they would be nobodies, just like the rest of us.

Hmmmm, it must be really hard for her right now, not only has the movie made her famous but the speculation of a romance with Pattinson has made her even more popular, so yeah, I would be scared aswell. But is it too early in her career to admit she's scared and so easy to recognize? Fans can easily make or break a career, if you give an interview telling your fans that you are afraid of them, are you trying to give them a message to settle down or are the fans going to take it the wrong way and get pissed off?
Personally, I don't think she is THAT famous that her fans would "bag her" I think she is a little over her head on this.

Somebody help me out here.....does she intentionally exaggerate the pale, sickly, tired vampire look even when she is not filming? Because every single time I see a photo of her, she looks sickly and exhausted.

She always looks drained !

I really can’t take this girl – she’s a mess. I really which all her fans pretend like she doesn’t exist bec. she a stupid, lets see how she acts then. She needs to Humble herself and stop being and thinking so negative – her energy is so cold, she taking this vampire thing to heart. You just became semi-famous - tomorrow you can be a has-been and if so at least leave a positive legacy.

I know that if it weren't for the fans these entertainers wouldn't be where they are today. I also know that there have been tons of earlier entertainers that have had to put up with the fans. However, these entertainers are also people and I don't know about any of you, but there are days when I simply don't want to be f@cked with. Should they be any different because they are stars, entertainers, etc.?

I agree that celebs are people too, I get that, there are many days where I have no patience for anything or anybody, and I am absolutely sure that celebs have days like this too. We have a bad day, we can tell whoever we want to F-ck off, we can ignore people and be bitchy all we want, because we are not celebs, we have more options, celebs have to be careful or else they can jeopardize what they have. They can't tell an annoying fan to f-ck off. You're right DonnaJ they shouldn't be any different, but they are, they are different than you and I.

I can understand how some might view entertainers that way. Maybe that's the problem in and of itself. Maybe, just maybe if others viewed them as people and not demigods then they wouldn't have to worry so much.

I absolutely would. I work with entertainers every single day and I treat people with the same dignity and respect that I am treated with...and that's not an opinion, its a fact.

She needs to get over herself. Once the Twilight movies are done, trust me, she won't be as popular. Then she'll bitch that the attention has gone away.

I don't get her appeal. She appears to be so one dimentional and looks to have about 1 or 2 emotions. Very strange.

She's not scared of her fans; smoking weed makes you paranoid. Lay off the pipe for a while Kristen.
