In a network TV exclusive to air as a two-part series on "E! News" tonight, August 24, and tomorrow, August 25, E!’s Executive News Editor Ken Baker sat down with Kari Ann Peniche, who breaks her silence about all the rumors and speculation surrounding the nude video that surfaced featuring her, "Grey’s Anatomy" star Eric Dane and his wife Rebecca Gayheart.
On being paid for sex in the past: “No.”
On whether or not she had sex with Eric: "There was no sex – he’s married! We were just having fun.”
On finding out about the tape’s release from Eric Dane, Peniche tells E!’s Ken Baker:
"I just got a call from Eric.He was obviously upset, asking me something about Mindy (McCready), and that’s when I was like I should go home and check to see what this is about."

On being contacted by Dane’s attorney:
"I got a call from Eric’s lawyers and Eric, and they said, ‘You know the video we did?Somebody has it, and what do we have to do to get it back?’"
On being accused of leaking the video:
"If I was going to leak it, I would have done that a long time ago.If someone else was going to leak it they would have done it a long time ago… I would never leak this tape."
On being the reported focus of a LAPD investigation:
"Nobody raided my house.I haven’t had any contact with LAPD."
On if she is concerned or worried about the possibility of criminal charges:
"Not really."
On her friendship with Gayheart:
"Rebecca and I hit it off.She’s really funny.She’s a really cool girl, and, I don’t know, we just had a lot of fun."

I saw the video, it looked like they either had a threesome or were getting ready to have one. I don’t think this should be a big story, they’re three consenting adults. If Rebecca is OK with sharing her husband with a prostitute is their business. All of Hollywood has done this, Melanie Griffith, The Who, KISS, The Doors, Warren Beatty, Don Johnson, Angelina Jolie, Jack Nicholson the list is endless. They all have done it, there is nothing illegal about it. This is Kari milking her 15 minutes; a whore has to pay the bills just like everyone else.

This women is a MESS!!! I thought i’ve seen it all until i watched “Sex Rehab” and realized she is a spoiled C*@t. No wonder why people can’t spend any amount of time with her. Many times you can not fix ugly on the inside. Makes me appreciate the things i have in my life……She is like a train wreck….so much fun to watch but not be involved in. She will be dead in a few years unless she drastically changes things and realizes the world doesn’t evolve around her. The truly sad part is if she died tomorrow, nobody would miss her other than her family.
