Kristen Stewart Is Ready For The End Of Twilight

I would say that a lot of movie stars probably feel the same way as Kristen Stewart, but keep quiet…because this is something they are being PAID to do. Kristen is not shy about saying she’s ready for the ‘Twilight,’ franchise to come to an end.

"I can’t wait to be finished because when I start a movie initially, I’m dying to get it done. I’m thinking about something all the time and I want to go through the experience. In this case, I have so much ahead of me. Usually I have six weeks and at the end of the six weeks we will have made our product. We will have gone through everything that we wanted to. But, in this case, I have to wait, literally, years. So, I’m waiting to get it done. I want it to be done."

Do you see her point?

It’s sad and if i was a fan i’d be disappointed to see that to her it’s something she wants to be done with. Sure sure actin is a job but it’s even better when the actors are passionate and involved.
Maybe she said too much or didn’t explain herself well but it’s disappointing

i can’t wait for it to be done too so i don’t have to hear about the movie or its annoying cast anymore.

This girl is sooo petulant. That’s the word that comes to my mind whenever I see the look on her face. And she did a pretty good acting job in The Panic Room. Where did that girl go? She’s vanished.

  4. Annon says:

I think she makes complete sense in her logic about wanting to finish a project as soon as possible. But at the same time, she still seems very immature and has a sense self-importance (not in a good way).

  5. elaine123 says:

She was in Panic Room? was she Jodie Foster’s screen daughter?? I never put 2 and 2 together on that one.

  6. Tanis says:

I can see her point, imagine playing the same character over and over, it would get a little boring

  7. goldilockz says:

If she focused more on living IN the moment while filming her movies, she might actually be able to pull of a convincing Bella Swan. GOOD actors tend to become their characters nearly 24/7, rather than looking ahead to when they can quit the project at hand.

  8. Anonymous says:

I wish she’d go away already. Can’t they replace her too?

  9. rules says:

I have yet to figure out who this is? I could swear “kristin stewart” was rod’s stewarts daughter, the super tall one with the blond hair thats friends with paris “i’ll do anyone” paris.
And why on earth does she have a leather tuscadaro haircut. barf.

  10. LauraN says:

I’m sure someone else would die for the opportunity Kristen, so go ahead and give it up now, you’re not that good at it anyway.

  11. bgduckie_01 says:

wait a minute…i watched that movie and dont remember her being that girl. gotta go look for pics now lol.

  12. bgduckie_01 says:

she sounds ungrateful. but i guess she gets tired of things really easily. she should enjoy it.

  13. elaine123 says:

Just googled it and that’s right, it was Kristen Stewart. Good job Dirty martini.

  14. bgduckie_01 says:

thats so crazy. i would have never paid attention. and now i know she’s been in other movies i’ve watched like the messengers lol.

  15. AnotherDirtyMartini says:

Elaine123 – yep, she played Jodie’s daughter. Didn’t she seem entirely different?

  16. AnotherDirtyMartini says:

Thanks guys! Yeah, she does look different now. Big time!

  17. YAYI says:

I don’t think she’s bashing the film nor she’s being ungrateful in anyway. Shes simply saying how she has to actually wait with this film which happens to be not just one film, but actually more than a couple. Im sure she just wants to do it all and see the final results like the rest of us. I happen to think she does a great job as Bella.

  18. Anonymous says:

I love her as Bella and undrstand her, I wathed the trailer for new moon, and I am so excited… :)
i really dont understand people who hate anyone, and specially her, she is awsome

  19. DaleJuniorAmp88 says:

If you’re going to take on a project, you should embrace it and really try to put your soul into it. This makes me think she doesn’t really care about her craft, but rather just wants to make a lot of sub-par films. Why take on something just to “get it over with”.

  20. CapturingLife says:

I read this interview and she made sense. You immerse yourself in a project but expect to see the result in a short amount of time. With this character, there isn’t any closure for Kristen until the final film, which is still years away. I get what she’s saying. It’s like just “hanging out there” for so long, ya know?

  21. Birdie Bird says:

    I agree with you !
I’m impatient, when I’m in a project, I want to see the end, to see the final product already !

  22. Anonymous says:

Yeah….Don’t bite the hand that feeds you Kristen….

  23. Jessy D22 says:

I am so sick of her bashing twilight. I think she forgets that it sky rocketed her career.

  24. DonnaJ says:

I don’t think she was bashing Twilight here.

  25. Anonymous says:

She is a mini Katherine Heigl. And I hate Katherine Heigl. I’m beginning to really hate Kristin.

  26. Anonymous says:

Well maybe the person who posted the comment should actually put the questions that were posed to her during the interview to give it more context. I think that just taking bits and pieces of an interview without adding the questions and the whole follow-up comment shows a lack of journalistic integrity!!!

  27. elaine123 says:

Your comment made me laugh…I don’t think we should expect celebrity gossip bloggers to have any “journalistic integrity”.

  28. Anonymous says:

I agree, why make a film to ‘just get it over with’? what kind of professionalism is that??? If she is just interested in that kind of attitude I wish she would choose another profession. I began to enjoy the series Twlight after the first movie, then read the read of the books in the series. This movie HAS changed her career. All I’ve ever heard from her is a lack of appreciation for her job/profession. Love her acting in Twilight, but her performance is now leaving a bad ‘taste in my mouth’ as the saying goes….

  29. Monica says:

me too! that is just like me when i do a painting or drawing!

  30. Anonymous says:

Kristin, I cannot wait to Twilight to be over either!
