Jennifer Aniston's Secrets To Maintaining Her Figure

Jennifer Aniston's Secrets To Maintaining Her Figure

Regardless of what you may think of Jennifer Aniston, you have to admit, her body is amazing! Insiders spilled some of her secrets to maintaining her figure to Life & Style magazine.

"Whenever she wants to look her best, Jen does this strict diet so
she's able to lose 5 pounds in five days," an insider on the set of The Baster... tells Life & Style. "She
did it during her past few films and doesn't find it hard at all. I saw
her eat pasta only once!"

But the yoga devotee -- who flew her
instructor, Mandy Ingber, from LA to her NYC set -- always eats enough
to keep up her energy. "She routinely gets up at 5 in the morning to
run before filming starts," says the insider, who was on set with Jen
as she filmed The Bounty at Monmouth Park race track in
Oceanport, N.J., on Aug. 17. "We were filming from 6 a.m. until almost
11 at night, and she had a great energy level the whole time. She was
upbeat and smiley and never flubbed a line -- and her body looks
amazing!"

The article adds that Jennifer "incorporates" a good diet and fitness into her lifestyle rather than "making them the enemy."

It sounds so easy, doesn't it? Too bad we can't all get her results!

that's so true. she has a great body and knows how to maintain it well especially for her age.

Jen has been dumped so many times... always on the rebound... crying over the man that left her again... most likely dosn't eat... outside might look good but I'm sure the inside isn't any good!!

Sounds to me like you are the one with ugly insides...

Well, if it was so easy, then we all would be slim and in shape. Staying in shape (getting up at 5 to go run) and eating healthy takes a lot of work. I always hate when people act like it is soooo easy. We would not be a nation of obese people if what Jennifer does on an every day basis, yet we are. So easy my butt. And also, even if you do work out and eat healthy, very few women would have a great body like Jen's. Most women have bad shapes naturally.

No, GETTING STARTED isn't easy. Once you get into a routine, it's much simpler. It's the motivation to keep doing it at first that kills it. Once upon a time, most everyone was pretty much healthy and not overweight. It's just as easy to make the right choices as it is the wrong choices. Exercise doesn't have to happen at 5 a.m. but it does have to happen.

Ironically, most people would disagree and say that the female form is the most beautiful in the world.

Anonymous Anonymous said:

That sounds like a bunch of excuses. If you want something enough you will make the adjustments to your life and get it. And yes it is easy...its not rocket science...eat healthy unprocessed food, get an hour of activity 5 times a week and get 6-8 hours of sleep. This is not hard. People are very lazy and dont want to cook and dont want to get off thier asses.

Anonymous Anonymous said:

it is easy. you're probably just fat, lazy, can't make a commitment and can't walk to your kitchen without having to stop and catch your breath.

They aren't photoshopped in paps pictures and her figure looks just as great there as it does in fashion magazines.

other factors obviously not included to make it SO EASY: private chefs (2), etc. When your job is to be in shape and look good and have all the help that money could buy, it would be easy for anyone.

Anonymous Anonymous said:

Staying in good shape is not that hard, is just that people are full of excuses (lazy) and like to take the easy road. You don't have to be a celebrity to look good, all is needed is committment, discipline... Of course there are women with terrible bodies, but blame the parents for that, but people can look and feel good. I love going to the gym because I look better and better every day and that motivates me to keep going plus I chose to eat healthy, not the nasty fatty foods that are useless for the body.

True you can make a conscious effort to make better choices through out the day but some of these celebrities make it sound so easy! Oh yeah just do a little of this and a little of that and you can look just like her! Honey PLEASE. Between my kid, my husband, my career, my pets, and my house I barely have time to wash my hair nonetheless spend my day exercising and the time I DO have for myself I spend it sleeping!....I guess you can call that "lazy"

What else does she have to do all day but work out and think about her diet regime?
She doesnt have a family to cook for, when she works she has plenty of paid trainers, nutritionists etc to help her.
She has nothing else in her life to focus on except for herself, so yeah, I can see how it would be easy for her. lol

OH PLEEEZ!!! Somehow YOU know what she does in her personal life?
She also supports the following charities...while she sits around.
•Clothes Off Our Back
•EB Medical Research Foundation
•Friends of El Faro
•GLAAD
•Habitat For Humanity
•Lili Claire Foundation
•Luke Neuhedel Foundation
•OmniPeace
•Project A.L.S.
•Rape, Abuse & Incest National Network
•St. Jude Children's Research Hospital
•US Campaign for Burma

aniston lives a very spoiled life. She has nutritionists, private trainers, skin and makeup consutants, hair dressers and personal stylist to dress that oh so perfect body that is "easy" to maintain. My body would be "easy" to maintain if I had all that help too. Plus the fact that Aniston has never had a child to help wreak havoc on that cute little figure!

What about all the beautiful Actresses & Models with kids that get their bodies back into shape...Also not to mention just your everyday house wife that takes care of herself and a family as well...You sound so jealous, put your energy into taking care of yourself and being healthy & happy!!!

I so second that Anony @ 05:39 pm. Is so easy when you have no budget and entorage ready to provide you with all the neccesary things to keep you looking fabulous. Althought is ultimately up to you to get up you're butt and make the decision for yourself, because sometimes having money and all the help you need is not enought if you're not willing to make the efford.

Anonymous Anonymous said:

LOL@ all the jealous overweight women who are just seething and clawing at their monitors at Jen's pics and thinking, "Oh, it is soooo easy for her!". Yes, just so easy. Make yourself feel better. Sure.

This woman in a chain smoker. When she was filming in Portland, she had to leave the restaurant every 10 minutes to smoke. That's her diet... not food.

Lucinda Lucinda said:

Well so did Juila Child Smoke, Drink, and eat French Cusine and she lived to be 92 yrs old!!! LOL!!!
FYI: Saw Jen @ the Sundance Film Festival...Believe me she eats...I saw her eating a huge steak & salad...I think she does a lot of protein & veggies and good carbs.

Anonymous Anonymous said:

OMG!! A smoker . She should be stoned or caned or something..
Let's not look at ANY good she has done with all her charity work.

Anonymous Anonymous said:

I think it's easier for famous people to stay in shape because it's part of their job however it's not impossible for us non famous people to do the same. There's a lot of working moms out there who take the time to look after themselves. And for the lady who barely has time to even wash her hair DOES have time to go into gossip site and make comments.

This article gave no information. Tag line is how Jennifer Aniston maintains her ffigure.....Article starts off with she does this Strict Diet and drops 5 lbs in 5 days.....then does not continue to tell you what EXACTLY she does.

Then Blah, Blah Blah...shes up at 5am runs & eats healthy.....

Why don't articles that claim to tell you how they do it - actually tell you how they do it???????

I am 46 and don't work out I am 5'6 and 113.05 I don't eat fast foods, I personally don't like to work out but if I did I know I would look better. I have always had a thinner body and a pretty good shape all my life yet my sister has a struggle with her weight and always had yet we have the same parents. Some are born with it some are not. Most of the models and movie stars are pretty and thin that's how they got the job. Don't be a hater if I had a personal trainer and chef I would love it and so would you. I would not only be thin I would be totally toned and ripped....Jenn is a natural beauty..
Anger and hate also will keep a person holding on to and packin on the pounds...

Anonymous Anonymous said:

Rene,
It's not hard you just avoid breads, pastas, pizza, rice, potato chips,French fries if you want to drop 5 lbs in 5 days. I can do it and so can you.

People also need to understand Diet soda will make you fat the crap in that stuff will kill you. Stay away from Milk and sodas drink lots of water and energy water is even better for you.

Cook at home & avoid fast foods..
It's all about choices...

Although this article didn't give us enough information, other than that she does Yoga and runs at 5AM, it is suppose to encourage fans to do the same. I have been on Weight Watchers twice (the first time was years ago when it was not as user friendly) and this time I have been on it for 3 weeks and plan to stay on it for life as it is a life style change. I have lost 10 lbs in 3 weeks (20 more to go), I work out for 30 minutes 3-4 times per week and if not I do hardcore cleaning for 2-3 hours one day (clean house and I got my work out in) but you must sweat for at least 30 mins. I eat whatever I want, in a way, and it is all portion controlled. Instead of having half or the whole bag of chips, I eat 17 (see recommended serving, that's what we go by). I'm a busy professional, I have pets, a large home to maintain (on my own that is), a husband who I cook for, make lunch for, spend time with, and I teach at night a few times per week. I know some people have health problems and some people just don't feel like focusing on their intake and body (whether this is laziness or depression or illness) but WE MUST do these things. Jen is disgustingly rich, has it her way 24/7, nobody to answer to and her main focus is what keeps the checks coming in (her image and acting skills - which I personally think she has none of as she acts the same in every movie) but trust me, weight loss should be slow and gradual, you don't have to be deprived and you can find a plan that works for you (preferably a healthy one) like Weight Watchers (respected and endorsed by Doctors)...I highly recommend it and Yoga is very good, but just dance class, kick boxing, or simple aerobics will do the trick too. This Jen character is nobody to look up to or take advice from, were normal, she's a person in her own little world...thanks for the advice Jen, but let us know when you can relate to the general public.

Come on everybody...She still has to do the work regardless of whom she hires. Heck if I could afford it I would to.
You all should check out Gabby Reeses website called The Honeyline...She has started a 30 Day Challenge to help get you motivated to start moving and taking better care of yourself & your health. It started on 8/17/09 but it's never to late to start and it costs nothing. if anything check out the site it's loaded with all sorts of information!!!
Hope you all have a great day!!!

Im not going to lie, I use to bad mouth this women all the time, about her looks etc... But she does look great lately,, you may not like her,, but eyes dont lie, and she truly looks good and fresh..

Unless people have personally seen her having sex with "everybody" - how do you know she has?

If I had the money she does, you better be sure that I would have nutritionists, personal hair stylists, etc. She takes good care of herself and can afford to do so.

Anonymous Anonymous said:

Man! Some of you people are either really jealous or just plane haters.
I love Jen!! I think she's funny, pretty and I got to give her credit for getting up at 5 a.m. to run then working until 11:00 at night. That takes some commitment whether you have a trainer or not.
She rocks!!

Jennifer Anniston is the best looking woman on the planet. I admire the way she handles herself, especially after the tabloids get thru with her. Brad Pitt missed the boat when he took up with that slut Angelina Jolie.

for everyone out there that is saying something bad about her, step back and think for a second..... she is doing way more for others then you will in your lifetime. she is a beautiful woman, with money. dont be jealous and trash her because of it.
