Anne Heche  – whose bitter divorce from cameraman Coley Laffoon was finalized in March – had her claws out while on ‘The Late Show With David Letterman’ yesterday after she was asked about her former partner.
She said:

“Can you say lazy a*s on TV?”

Despite admitting the comment was “terrible”, Anne – who shares custody of their son Homer and pays Coley $3,500 a month in child support - made another sharp remark about Coley when asked about his career.
She said:

“He goes out to the mailbox and he opens up the little mailbox door and goes, 'Oh! I got a check from Anne! Oh! I got a check from Anne! Yay!'
“He is doing a lot for himself right now. I think he wants to coach soccer right about now.

It's funny because you can't quite let go of the ex. He wants me to come and watch him run around in his little white shorts playing soccer. Honestly, I don't want to come to rehearsal and watch you run around in your tight shorts trying to pretend you know how to play soccer. I divorced you! I don't want to hang around with you Thursdays and Saturdays and maybe on Sunday.”

Didn't she cheat on him while they were married? Shouldn't he be the one talking smack about her?

Back to the Letterman interview - during their divorce, Anne and Coley couldn’t agree on how to split their furniture or custody of Homer.
She claimed he was only interested in “porn, poker and money” while he said she was mentally unstable.

In the end, Anne is believed to have given Coley a $515,000 lump sum payment. He also got half of their assets, including $700,000 worth of stocks. OUCHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!
Anne is now dating actor James Tupper, with who she has five-month-old son Atlas.
