A sneak peek of ‘Christina Aguilera: An E! Entertainment Special‘ (which airs this coming September) really shows the singer in a new light. Here is a clip showing the new mom opening up about her personal life.
On her love for Jordan (she’s crying in the video as she says this):
I grew up not really having any sort of male perspective or role model and Jordan just continuously makes me fall deeper and deeper in love with him everyday.
He just exudes such love and is such a great father to Max that it makes me the happiest woman alive and I am lucky to have him.
On trying to get back into shape after having Max:
It’s an ongoing thing. I can’t torture myself so I have to have some form of carbs and I have to eat and drink what I like.
On never fighting in front of Max:
Every couple has their moment when they disagree but I never allow any arguments to escalate in front of Max.

the baby is adorable. I just wish she would ease up on the darn make-up. She looks so much better with less on.
That was a very sweet interview. She comes across as very settled and normal.
I think it’s especially wonderful that she has what she does, considering that it doesn’t sound like what she grew up with. A lot of us tend to repeat the mistakes we watched our own parents make. I’m glad that she seems to have avoided that trap.

she seems like a really good mom! she is always with her family, and has mostly stayed low-key and out of the spotlight since becoming a mom. yet she still remains cute and fashionable!… although the eyebrows are very questionable in this interview.
She looks happy. Max looks just like her!
I’m glad that she’s found a good man and that she’s intelligent enough to realize it.
I am happy for her. I have always been a fan and think that she has always been sincere enough, albeit with a tough exterior shell. I wish her luck, I just love her.
I’m not the biggest fan but I gotta say that was pretty sweet. You can clearly see that she’s in love. I’m happy for her.

I’m not a fan of hers, but she is sincere, she’s really stayed out of the spotlight since Max was born, her life has settled down a bit, I’m glad she takes the time to really appreciate her husband and her son.
I am a HUGE Christina fan, not only because she has an amazing voice but because I can relate to her in many ways. My father was abusive, therefore I never had that strong male figure in my life. I dated a couple of guys but they weren’t model citizens to say the least! When I met my husband it was indescribable. Like Christina, I fall deeper in love every single day. Also, I’m pregnant with our first baby due early next year, and we got pregnant on our first try. I completely understand how happy and satisfied she feels. Good for her.
It’s weird to see Christina in a vulnerable light because she is usually so guarded and puts on this front that she’s so strong.
