I've been waiting to see what Travis Barker had to say about Adam Goldstein's passing. The pair were really good friends and after everything they've been through together - DJ AM's passing must be so devastating.
People is reporting that Blink 182 was in tears last night as they tried to get through their show in Hartford, Conn. The band dedicated the show to Adam and even threw out his cds to the crowd.

There is a youtube on the Perez Hilton website shot at the Blink show. They really were in tears. I can't believe they managed to play an entire show!

how sad, especially for Travis. He is now the sole survivor of that crash and now he lost his friend, who he kind of shared that tragedy with. It really must mess him up more than anyone realizes. If anyone wants to haer Travis and AM's music, go to their website and you can download "Fix Your Face" Volumes 1 and 2 for free. They made some pretty cool mixed and mashups together. ***annie***

Now I'm getting really pissed off. Look at these 2 idiots. Our kids are thinking this is the look of success. Get the look and you will become successful. Sorry - it's the other way around. I am so goddamned sick of these talentless wastes of human life.
The problem with that type of life is these guys live through that theory , "IF YOU CAN'T BEAT THEM , JOIN THEM". It's hard to fight off temptations of their world. Yes, it's easy to say NO, and still make it , but how long and how far and how high when you are who ever you are. SUCCESS COME IN DIFFERENT PACKAGES FOR EVERYONE AND ALL OF THEM END UP IN THE SAME PLACE ; I taking looks , talent, character and a range of different elements that Make people stop ,look and listen; The "IT FACTOR" . Now keeping it is a very hard task if there is a new kid in town. These people travel that 6 degree of separation every day they work or play , they stay truly LONELY IN THE HEARTS. Why the drugs if life is so great there? They team up to fight that world in numbers ,but they still had to fight to get there. And the drugs seem to play a big part of controlling it. I would love to gain my success and stay in a professional high on success, but not at the cost of my MIND , BODY AND "SOUL".

What surprises me is that these Big performers have the world at their feet; and this guy has got a CRACK PIPE IN HIS HOUSE. Yes, I agree with one of the posted comments about this being a wake-up call for any one in this business. I dated a musician , that never smoked a cig and was proud of it . He raved how he was glad neither of us did drugs or smoked; but what an EGO. He called us square and I laughed and thought ; Yes, how weird , We are very rare. There aren't any virgins let over 12 years of age these days......And then I dated a Model/actor ( never doing that again. They're full of mixed wacked emotions. I Couldn't tell after a while if he was truthful or lying) who always felt the need to "GET AWAY" out of his mind as he called it, when I wasn't there; we had a long distance relationship; And I'm not into that type of stuff. Wasn't extreme , but that life style didn't help us connect either.........This path of inquisitive exploration has lead people to become either grateful for trying and never going back OR it seem to lead to bigger and more dangers things , depending on how deep their need or their pain may be.People spend most of their life finding themselves , but some how some of the elements that help them define themslves stick; for the better or as we see here the WORST. May he rest in peace. It is very sad he had to leave this world in that way, Considering what he SURVIVED!
