Oh Kelly - my heart ACHES for you! I can't imagine where she is finding the strength to continue working right now, but everyone deals with tragedy differently.
Miley Cyrus and Kelly Preston were photographed after having dinner at a steakhouse in Los Angeles, California. The two are working on a new movie called 'The Last Song' together.
A drama centered on a rebellious girl who is sent to a Southern beach town for the summer to stay with her father. Through their mutual love of music, the estranged duo learn to reconnect
Kelly is playing Miley's mother.
Earlier in the day, the 'Hannah Montana' actress was seen getting her hair done at an LA salon.

I can't pretend to feel for Kelly. I don't even want to imagine that kind of heartache.
Hopefully Kelly can be a positive influence on Miley while they are shooting, goodness knows she doesnt have any immediate positive role models in her life. She really does need some adults that can guide her and help her to behave more appropriately. Despite what her and her family keep saying, acting trashy is NOT being southern, most southerns dont behave like them. End of rant...
