Taylor Lautner is about to get his chance to shine as the release date for ‘New Moon’ (still several months off, but who’s counting?) approaches. Taylor sat down with Teen Vogue to share his thoughts on what Team Jacob members are like, his efforts to keep the role, and his thoughts on fame.
Taylor thinks a specific type of girl is on Team Jacob.
"If she likes having a really close friendship with a guy," he begins,
"being able to tell him anything, and then having that friendship
slowly transform into something more…." The seventeen-year-old stops
himself and laughs. "I find myself using the word transform a lot
lately," he explains, "because that’s what Jacob does."
It sounds like Taylor is into his character! But we all remember how he himself "transformed" to keep the role (rather than having the part recast). What did he do to bulk up?
"[It consisted of] hitting the gym, hiring a personal trainer, eating the right foods, and eating a lot of them"
You just have to look at Taylor (or see more and more of the shirtless promo pics that are making their way out) to see that his strategy obviously worked!

"I think the fans would love anybody who played Jacob," he says mildly,
when the reception is mentioned. "I’m just lucky to be the one who got
the chance.""There are twelve cars that camp outside my house," he marvels. "You
can’t ever really get used to it, because it’s not normal to have
people snapping pictures of everything you do. You just have to try not
to let it affect you."

I think I’m the only one that doesn’t find him appealing. Then again, I have…interesting taste. LOL!
He seems like a smart kid. I think he’ll be around for a while. Plus, he’s gonna be yummy, you know, when he’s legal hahaha
Can’t imagine the big transformation that he had Mr. Lava Boy or I should say MR. LAVA LAVA. From that movie a young tiger looking guy with a big front teeth but now he looks like innocent and having an astonishing body.
not too long ago i realized he’s the same person that came out in cheaper by the dozen 2 when i watched it again. he was a kid in that movie!

He does look really young to me, too, but I imagine I would be swooning if I was still 12 years old!

How old is this kid? I hope he’s legal. He is hot and I feel like a letch drooling over his body. lol
