Emma Watson Has Officially Started Brown
Emma Watson is officially a college student. The 19-year-old looked much more relaxed over the weekend as she hung out with her fellow freshmen on the campus lawns, dressed in a simple white T-shirt and denim hot pants.
Emma has enrolled in an English literature course and attended her ‘orientation day’ on Friday. She must be so excited!
Emma has previously said she wants her college experience to be as “normal” as possible, despite starring in some of the biggest grossing films of all time.
“I probably sound like a paranoid nut, but I'm doing this because I want to be normal. I really want anonymity.
“I want to be normal, I want to do college properly, like everyone else. As long as I don’t walk in and see, like, ‘Harry Potter’ posters everywhere, I’ll be fine.”
I'm pretty sure no college student would hang a 'Harry Potter' poster up in their dorm room. ;) If this was Kristen Stewart talking, she'd have more of a problem to deal with.
She wants to be normal but arrives on campus in a helicopter? Great way to NOT draw attention to yourself.

I like her, she's really sweet. The helicopter is a bit much, I would have thought she'd want to avoid attention, not seek it.

Bah. Anybody can fly in on a helicopter. Now, if she'd skydived out and landed in the middle of the orientation group, that would have been impressive.
She's so cute. I just adore her. I hope she gets her wish for privacy!
Luckily I'm not her college roommate :-) I had Harry Potter posters and pictures all over my room in college, and I even use a magic wand as a baton at work (I teach band). I guess I'm not typical...but I am totally jealous of students at Brown!

i really like her. she'll do great in college.
She didn't arrive in a helicopter thats nonsense, it was even confirmed by Brown that she arrived in a car saying: no student has ever arrived in a helicopter
