Lady GaGa’s Father Saved Her From Drug Addiction

Lady GaGa (her real name is Stefani Germanotta) said she had a bad cocaine habit until her father intervened. She said she began to use cocaine regularly after dropping out of a music course in 2005, and it got to the point where her erratic behavior began to worry her friends.

“My cocaine soundtrack was The Cure. I loved all their music, but I listened to this one song on repeat while I did bags and bags of cocaine.

“I didn’t think there was anything wrong with me until my friends came over and said, ‘Are you doing this alone?’ ‘Um, yes. Me and my mirror.’

“My father is a really powerful man, a telecom guy. So he looked at me one day and said, ‘You’re f***ing up, kid.’ And I looked at him and thought, ‘How does he know that I’m high right now?’

“And he never said a word about the drugs, not one word. But he said, ‘I just wanna tell you that anyone you meet while you’re like this, and any friend that you make in the future while you are with this thing, you will lose.’ And we never talked about it again.”

It sounds like Lady GaGa’s father did an effective intervention! If only it were this easy to get others to stop abusing drugs.

Oh, and just for the sake of clarification, the man in the pictures below with Lady GaGa is not her father.

Lady gaga at least admits she had a problem unlike most stars who keep it a secret or until the paparazzi finds out or whatever. I’m a big fan of hers and based on her first album sales she has quite a lot of fans so whatever you may think about her she’s a talented celebrity who is unique and not afraid to be herself. Lady gaga Forever!

  19. You really make it seem really easy with your presentation but I find this topic to be actually something that I feel I would by no means understand. It seems too complicated and extremely wide for me. I’m taking a look forward on your subsequent publish, I’ll try to get the hang of it!

  20. I just like the valuable information you supply for your articles. I will bookmark your weblog and test once more right here frequently. I’m reasonably sure I’ll be told lots of new stuff right here! Good luck for the following!

You’re an idiot, she didn’t say all drug addicts have such a poetic intervention and sobering up, she said SHE did.
