Tom Brady confirmed that his wife Gisele Bundchen is expecting a child and due in December during an interview with ESPN’s Chris Berman (airing Sunday on SportsCenter and Monday Night Countdown).
The quarterback said he was very excited about the process, but made Gisele promise one thing: no Lamaze classes on Sunday.
While Brady said he would happily attend Lamaze classes with Bündchen, he will do so with at least one caveat: “I told her no Sundays,” he joked. “It couldn’t be harder than training camp, so I’ll be prepared.”
So what’s his role in the whole process?
Noting that “the women are the ones who have to do the work,” he adds, “We just have to be there to support them and so it’ll be nice to do that.”
Nice to hear Tom plans to be supportive during this pregnancy.

I don’t think respect for women necessarily translates into marrying the girl. In fact, to me that makes it seem like she’s a helpless slut with no life prospects after pregnancy, unless she gets married to the father.

After the way he not only ignored Bridget Moynahan while she was carrying his own son, not to mention the way he publicly flaunted his relationship with his tart during that same period, you’d think he’d downplay his enthusiasm for THIS child. This man, much like Brad Pitt, is definitely missing a sensitivity gene.

That’s why you shouldn’t have sex with someone you’re not dating. Tom and Bridget were broken up when she got pregnant. Sex=possible pregnancy!! I’m sure they’re not the only couple to do that, so to me it’s not a big deal. The days of marrying the girl you knocked up are over.
