NOOOOOO!!!!!! Jessica Simpson’s dog has been stolen by a coyote. The singer-and-actress has posted a heartfelt plea for information on Daisy’s whereabouts on Twitter after the pooch was swiped by the wild animal as she looked on.
“My heart is broken because a coyote took my precious Daisy right in front of our eyes, HORROR! We are searching. Hoping. Please help! (sic)”
Jessica and her family have even mocked up a poster of Daisy – who is a malti-poo, a cross between a Maltese and a Poodle – in a desperate bid to locate her.
The document includes a picture of Daisy and a banner reading: “I miss my mommy, Daisy.” It details a special emails address so anyone with information can get in touch.
A neighbor of Jessica’s said:
“We heard yelling and screaming coming from the direction of Jessica’s house around 9pm. I can only imagine that it was that moment that it happened because the next day we saw posters up around the neighborhood announcing that Jessica had lost her dog to a coyote. It’s so sad.”
The 29-year-old star is said to be frantic with worry that Daisy has been eaten, and is now struggling to eat or sleep as she waits for news.
Oh no! This is so sad! As a dog owner, I couldn’t IMAGINE something like this happening to my babies.

I feel terrible for Jessica! I have 3 dogs and would feel horrible if something like that happen to one of them. Makes me want to go home and hold them close! They are like children to us.

I have a dog named Bella who looks EXACTLY and I mean EXACTLY like Daisy. She is a Maltese/Yorkie cross. I held her tighter when I found out. I am PRAYING for you! I feel bad for her! Losing a pet is like losing a kid. And knowing a coyote stole your dog has got to be awful! There really is only one conclusion when that happens…

Oh, no! This is so sad… I know Daisy’s chances are nil, but I’m hoping that it had a fight in it, and somehow got away… I hope Jessica stays strong though, since as others say it’s like loosing a child.
That is sooooooo sad. I’m so sorry Jess! I am hoping for the best! Right now, my little one year old tuxedo cat has been missing for almost two weeks. He is quite the explorer, so I have hope that he is going to come back! I love him to death. He is like my child, and my heart aches for him to return home everyday.

I have a Yorkie girl 1 year old–I take a Swiss Army Knife with us everytime we walk/run–if any loose Pit Bull of thug dog comes near her, I will Tarzan their ass and rip their throat out.
Some of you are being very harsh. My dog was attacked by a hawk 3 feet in front of me. Things like this happen whether you are right there or not. Luckily my dog made it. But if my head had been turned, I would’ve never known what happened to her.
Jessica called her dog a lesibian dog. Its so sad that Daisy is gone. I hate to say it, but I think that she’s gone. A coyote ate my animals and they were just babies.

This dog looks like my dog Chloe!! sorry to say but Daisy is dead. If a coyote took her he didn’t do it because he was looking for a mate. I blame Jessica for this she is such a dumb bitch, she should have been more vigilant with her baby. When you live in an area where coyotes are known to roam, you have to keep your pets safe. Pets are like your own children.
Pets are like children and as such, things can still happen no matter how hard you try to keep them safe.
When coyotes are forced from their habitat into populated communities, it’s not uncommon for them to come right up to the door of a house. They lose their natural fear of humans, and they’re called “opportunistic predators” for a reason. Leashes and fenced in yards are no obstacles, and often just prevent a loved pet from escaping. It’s so sad that Jessica lost Daisy. At this point, people placing blame and making ignorant comments at Jessica’s expense should stop and examine their own lives. You’re way out of line and need a reality check for compassion and human decency.

Yeah is true, the dog was probably using the bathroom. I get upset when pets are hurt, dogs and cats are innocent, and sometimes owners can be neglectful.
