Taylor Swift Says Kanye West Hasn't Reached Out To Her
So much for all the apologies. Taylor Swift told the ladies on 'The View' that Kanye West has not contacted her personally at all since the VMA debacle.
"He has not personally reached out or anything," she said, "but if he wanted to say hi..."
"I'm not going to say that I wasn't rattled by it," said Swift on The View, "but I had to perform live five minutes later so I had get myself back to the place where I could perform."
Taylor also said she was touched at all the people who supported her.
"I just never imagined that there were that many people out there looking out for me, so it was really wonderful to see that people were out there defending me so I didn't have to."
And as if things couldn't get worse for Kanye, despite his claim that he may take some time off, the tour dates for Kanye's tour with Lady GaGa were announced today. Probably not the best time.
You have to hand it to Kanye: he's managed to be the most talked about person at the VMAs without even winning an award! Do you think all this publicity is going to help him, hurt him, or not change anything in the end?

I just read that Kanye saw her on the view and immediately called her to apologize. So much for sincerity. The guy is a jerk and his apologies are not sincere. Just another one of his stupid stunts to get publicity for himself.

Kanye is severely overcompensating with his actions for the lack of *something* in his life.
In his eyes - any press is good press, but trust me - he's already lost the respect from such a great deal of "significant" people...and fans.
I like his music - but he overblows things so much and indicates how great he is, that it sure leaves a bad taste in your mouth.
The best we could do to really "show" Kanye - is ignore him entirely. That would make him go nuts.

Should his day ever come to receive his award, I can only hope someone would steal his thunder. Can you imagine the fit he would throw if someone grabbed the mike from him!!! I'd love to see it! Yup, I and my friends thought the same thing, we figured it was all a set up by Kanye West in order to make someone’s career grow or prevent from going down…that’s Hollywood for you!!! Nothing is ever real expect maybe for some “real life” shows/reality shows, but even those, I’m sure, are edited to a certain extent.
