So much for all the apologies. Taylor Swift told the ladies on ‘The View’ that Kanye West has not contacted her personally at all since the VMA debacle.
“He has not personally reached out or anything,” she said, “but if he wanted to say hi…”
“I’m not going to say that I wasn’t rattled by it,” said Swift on The View, “but I had to perform live five minutes later so I had get myself back to the place where I could perform.”
Taylor also said she was touched at all the people who supported her.
“I just never imagined that there were that many people out there looking out for me, so it was really wonderful to see that people were out there defending me so I didn’t have to.”
And as if things couldn’t get worse for Kanye, despite his claim that he may take some time off, the tour dates for Kanye’s tour with Lady GaGa were announced today. Probably not the best time.
You have to hand it to Kanye: he’s managed to be the most talked about person at the VMAs without even winning an award! Do you think all this publicity is going to help him, hurt him, or not change anything in the end?

In his eyes – any press is good press, but trust me – he’s already lost the respect from such a great deal of “significant” people…and fans.
I like his music – but he overblows things so much and indicates how great he is, that it sure leaves a bad taste in your mouth.
The best we could do to really “show” Kanye – is ignore him entirely. That would make him go nuts.
Taylor is more of a lady than Kanye ever could hope to be a man. The size of his ego clearly is trying to cover for his other short-comings.
An apology means nothing when we know he is going to go say or do something stupid again, just like he has countless times in the past.
