Jessica Simpson Won't Give Up Hope On Daisy

Don't tell Jessica Simpson to stop looking for her lost dog Daisy. Even though the singer saw a coyote drag her little pooch away from her sight, she isn't giving up hope.

"Still holding out hope despite the a**holes that say is it a dumb thing to do. Daisy is my baby...why would I stop searching? I'm a mom."

Poor thing! She must be heartbroken! I can't even think about this.

Who knows! Miracles happen right?

Its such an awful feeling losing a pet. I really hope that she does find her. Even though the chances are slim but maybe it can be a miracle.

I wouldn't give up hope either. I truly hope she finds her Daisy baby. It's horrendous to lose a pet. Right now, my beautiful tuxedo cat is missing. I keep listening to his favourite song -- Black or White by Michael Jackson... "i believe in miracles." (he loves is because he's black and white coloured.)

That is too bad. We had the same thing happen to our little miniature schnauzer several years ago. My hubby let him off the leash to go run while they were out walking in the open space. That dog wasn't afraid of anything. Our kids were heartbroken. Miracles do happen, but if she actually saw the coyote take the dog, it would have to be a pretty big miracle.

I feel so bad for her. Sadly she probably wont find him alive. Coyotes are pretty vicious and that doggy looked pretty small and defenseless. She must be devastated.

Very, very sad..... I think only people that have pets know what it feels like if/when you lose one. It's horrible and they truly are like kids. I pray that she finds her baby........

When I was a teen, my cat got bitten to death by a big dog right in front of my eyes. I pretty near cried my eyes out for weeks and had nightmares for years.
But losing a pet is nowhere near like losing a child and I find it a bit nauseating when the two things are put on the same level.

Don't talk rubbish, of course it's the same as losing a child!

Puppie Prayers to Daisy.

Who knows, maybe the coyote just brought her to the coyote den and didn't hurt/eat her. They are of the same species...eating your own species is not an instinct. I hope for Daisy that she is OK . I would not sleep or eat well if that happened to me.

Losing a pet is beyond heartbreaking and I cannot imagine see a coyote grab my dog and take it away. I feel so sad for Jessica and a big fVck to you the haters who are making fun of her. I'd search high and low and do anything to find little Daisy too. Only dog lovers truly understand. A dog is NOT just a dog.

Anonymous Anonymous said:

Poor Jessica! She has had Daisy to lean on during some pretty tough times. I have two dogs, and one's a little one, but I seriously think she could take on a coyote (she's 11 lbs, but she's TOUGH!) Daisy doesn't really look like the fighting type, unfortunately.

it's not people being "a**holes," it's called being "realistic." it's possible the dog is still alive, but highly unlikely. i feel bad for her, but she needs to realize this dog probably won't be coming back.

Coyotes are wild animals who have to hunt for food--just like any other wild animal does. They do not carry small pets off to play with them. They do not read lost and found posters or care about monetary rewards. They prefer small animals because they don't give up much fight. And really--if you truly love your pets you wouldn't leave them outside when there have been wild animal sitings in your area. With all the fires around LA the past summer the animals who usually use the woods as protective cover and hunting grounds have obviously been forced to move closer to humans and their small pets.
