LeAnn Rimes Will Face No Criminal Charges For Fender Bender
Santa Monica police officers helped LeAnn Rimes unload luggage and golf clubs from her SUV outside her home in Los Angeles yesterday afternoon. LeAnn says she called the officers because paparazzi were blocking her driveway, preventing her from pulling her car out, though when the cops showed up no cars were blocking her exit. LAPD did, however, keep the paps at a distance while they helped her unload her vehicle.
Yesterday, LeAnn was involved in her second car accident of the summer. Unlike her hit and run in August, this time LeAnn immediately exchanged insurance information with the other driver. Her rep says it's all the paparazzi's fault.
"Due to the overzealous and very dangerous paparazzi following her, LeAnn was involved in a minor car accident. The police were called and fortunately everyone is safe."
As far as the accident from August, police today have confirmed that all charges are being dropped and have officially closed the case.

She gets more and more pathetic by the day. This is simply just a ploy to get sympathy from Eddie and the public. Now she has found a new way to flaunt the affair without being slammed for gloating. It's called playing the victim. So now it's not her tipping off the paps, but paps are stalking her. The problem with this EC has managed to avoid the press, so why can't see? How is that she is spotted everyday when celebs who are more well known than she is are not seen everyday? playing the victim. Notice how she made sure that the paps got photos of the golf clubs and luggage. What message is she trying to send to the public and BG? In the stories that she leaked to In touch she made sure to mention that she wanted to live near a golf course, and viola she pulls golf clubs out of her car. And we are supposed to think what? That EC loves her because they golf? And then the suitcase, is she trying to imply that she spent the previous evening with EC? She will stop at nothing to try to one up BG and her kids.
It wasn't the paps that made her crash, it was the thought of Eddie having chemistry with another woman and running back to his wife. It's like in Fatal Attractin when the woman cut her wrists when micheal d tried to leave. That's Leann. Eddie doesn't love her, so she pulls drastic things to get his attention (aka-acting like a "damsel in distress). So the fact that he showed up by her side=love and therefor prove the source who said that he wasn't serious about her wrong.
Does she think playing the victim makes it okay for her to continue to disrespect DS, BG, and the kids? She is in for a rude awakening. These accidents don't change the way the public feels about her, she is still an attention seeker. All she proved is that money or being a celeb means that one does not havge to abide by the rules/regulations that general public are expected to uphold. So now it looks like she bought her way out of trouble.

Even though she is gloating in all of the pictures and isn't acting like a person who is being HARASSED by the paps, I tell you she really, really is being harassed. Even though she is spotted everday of the week, put together, which is more than AJ, BP, Msdonna, and Johnny Depp, she is being stalked. And here are the TWO ACCIDENTS that prove that she is being stalked."
She doesn't tip off the paps, how many times was she spotted since she game back from mexico? She was 7/7 the first week, 7/7 this week, and will probably be 7/7 next week. There comes a time when the media/press should just be honest with LR and tell her that it's her attention seeking that is overzealous. I mean how many times has EC been seen since the Mexico trip? Now that people are bringing this up, she will probably make sure that he is seen just as much as she is. Since she is so afraid of the paps that she gets a police escort she had better not be spotted anytime next week (even if it is to accpmpany EC to one of his parities/primeiers of CSI).
Is anyone worried about what this means for the kids? After seeing how she loves the attention, one would be very concerned about what she would do to those kids. BRandi should make as a condition of joint custody that those kids don't go anywhere near LR and that she is not allowed to stage any photo-ops with them.
