Jessica Simpson's Friends Are Worried

Jessica Simpson's Friends Are Worried

I feel terrible for Jessica Simpson. I can only imagine how awful she's feeling after losing her beloved Daisy. This poor girl just can't catch a break and now her friends are speaking out about how worried they are for her well-being.

One friend said:

"It's going to put her into a tailspin. It will put her into the worst place ever."

Another shared:

"Whenever things went wrong for Jessica, she reached for Daisy," another source, a friend, says. "Daisy was her security blanket. When people let her down, she always had Daisy."

Apparently Ken Paves finally convinced Jessica to get out of the house and took her to Vino in Encino, CA.

An onlooker said that Jessica seemed to try to have a good time:

"Jessica seemed okay, but wasn't smiling much," an onlooker says. "The wine made her relax a bit, but it was still obvious that she was having a devastating week."

I wonder what Nick Lachey thinks about what happened to Daisy? He gave Daisy to Jessica as a gift (when they were still married) back in 2004.

I cannot even imagine watching my dog being taken by a coyote. I would be devastated too! I just moved 4 hours from home and miss my dog like crazy, but I know he'll be there when I go back to visit. Just cannot imagine what she is going through right now.

Ya gotta wonder what "good friends" so freely share personal stuff like this with the press? But my heart goes out to her. I just can't imagine!!!

It's her dad. To Joe Simpson, any press is good press. This is the only way he can keep her in the tabloids.

:( Poor poor Jessica :( I feel SO awful for her...this is just the worst thing imaginable to happen to your dog, especially after everything else she's been through in the last while. I honestly hope these rumors aren't true but I imagine in this case they are...

I have very mixed feelings here. I have lost pets before, both more and less gruesomely. I was sick for a while and grieved. Then again, I realized that this is the order of life. She is an adult. She needs, nay must, get over it. She has other obligations in her life that need her attention. She did far more that what could be reasonably expected to find her dog. The odds were near zero and she should understands this and move on.

I wish this story was not true. It really makes me sad and sick..and even teary eyed. I'm an animal lover and every one I've had has been a family member. I've lost a couple in terrible ways and it never totally leaves you.

Sooo sad. I can feel her pain. I hope she feels better soon and adopts a new furry friend. All of us always have our beloved pets to turn to when we feel there is no one else there.

WHO IS ABLE TO LICK jessica NOW, folks?

A pets death is a hard loss but itll be just another extension in her insecure, clingy life. She leaned on the animal like it was a crutch and probably not a few people suffered unnecessarily in the face of that blindness, i.e. "If Daisy didn't like you, you were gone." Shed have been slapped had she hired and then fired me because the animal wasent responsive in some expected way of hers. Jessica has problems and really needs to get herself together. You cant live off other people, or pets, have no outside interests and expect life (even with money) to be healthy.
Its getting harder to remember what shes even famous for.

Poor dog, spending its entire life trapped in a giant purse, only to be let out to act as a security blanket for clingy needy mess, or to be eaten by a coyote.

I can't imagine having to go through that. My Pug is like my own daughter, she got locked in the pantry the other day and my husband and I both had heart attacks thinking she was gone. (Yeah, his brother heard her crying while we were gone (just for about 20 mins), but didn't do anything about it!) It would be so hard to lose a dog!

She needs to grieve and heal, then she can move on. Death is never an easy thing and it doesn't matter if its a human or an animal.

If I lost a dog or cat to a coyote...I would go on a coyote shooting rampage....I'd lose it. :*( Poor girl....

She needs to break away from her parents, hire a real manager, and go away and think carefully about her life. SHE NEEDS TO STOP BEING A SCAPEGOAT FOR HER DEAR OLD MOM, AND ACCEPT THAT HER MOM IS AT FAULT FOR LETTING THAT DOG ROAM OFF WITHOUT SUPERVISION, ACCORDING TO JANET CHARLTON'S HOLLYWOOD.COM. SHE NEEDS TO REALIZE HER PARENTS ARE DESTROYING HER PERSONAL LIFE, THIS ISN'T THE FARMER'S DAUGHTER, YOU KNOW. THIS IS REAL LIFE! THEY NEED TO STOP INTERFERING IN HER PERSONAL LIFE, SHE NEEDS TO OWN UP TO HER MISTAKES OF WHY HER RELATIONSHIPS CRASH AND BURN THE WAY THEY DO. IF SHE DOESN'T WANT A NEW AGENT, SHE NEEDS TO PUT HER FOOT DOWN AND PUT SOME BOUNDARIES ON HER PARENTS AS FAR AS HER PERSONAL LIFE IS CONCERNED. I'M SORRY FOR DAISY, BUT SHE NEEDS TO GROW UP ALREADY, SHE'S PUSHING 30!!
