    What the heck is a ‘bump it’ as mentioned above… i’m assuming some kind of hair piece. ???? Guess Vic’s growing her hair out?? Love the idea of the dress but really don’t get these space age shoulder look that she always seems to incorperate in her designs….. Kind of like what Byonce wears on her hips……
