Eva Longoria To Marry Tony Parker For A Second Time

HOW SWEET! I love when couples get remarried again! I was hoping to do it on my 10 year anniversary, which is 2 years away. Who knows if it will actually happen.

Eva Longoria says she wants to remarry her husband, Tony Parker, because their first wedding went by so fast.

“It seems like yesterday. We want to get married again. Our wedding went by so fast and, with the frenzy surrounding it, it felt like an out-of-body experience. We want to do it again – something a bit more intimate – because we love being married. Our relationship, which has been going on for six years now, is stronger and better and more fun that it has ever been. It gets better every day. I know it’s cliched but it’s true.

Did you marry your mate twice? What do you think about couples who do this? Victoria Beckham and Heidi Klum are two other celebrities who have celebrated their relationships this way.

Who does this being married for less than 5 years…I guess they are really craving attention.

I’d love to do this and have genuinely been thinking about it a lot; my husband and I will have been married for 10 years next June, 2010. I think waiting until the pivotal “10 year mark” is important, but who am I to say? Whatever makes you happy, I guess.

  5. Nicole says:

I can see them wanting a more intimate wedding, I remember all the coverage of the first one. I guess if you aren’t completly satisfied with thte first one and you have enough money, why not?

  10. Chelle says:

If it makes them happy, why not. Like her outfit with the blue dress.

i think its nice when they do a ceremony when its been 10, 25, 50, etc years. but hasnt she been married like 1 or 2yrs? i guess they can do whatever they want. its their love and its between them two. whatever works.

  13. xy mom says:

I just dont get the whole getting married again. It seems like an excuse to have a party, which is all good, but what’s the point?
Like others said, whatever makes you happy, just don’t see the reason.

  14. sweet kiddo says:

whatever, they were brave enough the first time, so why not do it again ..if that’s what makes them happy

  15. dieselchicklett says:

  19. aprila220 says:

I think it’s nice to renew your vows after 10, 15, 20 + years or so, but I think it’s a little much just after a year or two. Oh well, I guess that’s the benefit of having that much money. Most people can barely afford one wedding…not that this is about money, but seriously, can’t they just get dressed up and have a nice romantic dinner and talk about how much they love eachother? lol. Just seems odd to want to go to that extreme again in such a short amount of time.
