Taylor Momsen Kicks Off 'National Fresh Faces Tour'

Taylor Momsen helped Clinique and Teen Vogue Magazine kick off the “National Fresh Faces Tour” in NYC yesterday afternoon. The actress posed for photographers in a black ensemble as she struggled with a huge pair of red-handled scissors at Union Square.
As for the tour, which wraps up on November 6th, a panel of judges from both Clinique and Teen Vogue will choose three lucky winners who will fly to NYC for a magazine photo shoot. WOW!

WHAT.THE.EFF??? seriously...this has got to be a joke right? this chick is only barely 16 and she looks over the hill. how exactly are racoon eyes "fresh" don't get me wrong I LOVE a SMOKEY EYE....every now and again. but calling it (or her) fresh is just laughable.
