Elisabeth Hasselbeck Talks About New Baby & His Health "Hiccup"
Elisabeth Hasselbeck called in to The View this morning to chat with her cohosts about her new baby boy, Isaiah. He was born on August 16th and is the third child for her & husband Tim.
Elisabeth briefly shared that baby Isaiah was in the hospital longer than expected but didn't elaborate on the circumstances surrounding his extended stay:
"He's great. We had a little bit of a hiccup," she said, adding that he was "in the hospital for a couple of weeks more than we thought."
Elisabeth also joked that the ladies should be glad that she was appearing via telephone:
"I haven't showered in about a week. Be thankful that it's via phone."
Elisabeth is due to return to her co-hosting duties in the middle of October.

I can't stand her either but I'm glad her baby is doing better. No matter what a baby is always a blessing.

Why would she not shower in a week?

i dont know but i've heard some cultures (or just family beliefs) dont shower in a certain amount of time. for example, my coworker told me the other day that her sister didnt shower or leave the house for 40 days after giving birth. 8-o but she didnt explain why......
You must not have children. Sometimes with a new baby, you are so tired that when you have a minute for yourself you would rather SLEEP!!!!
