So now we know who to blame for the notorious pairing of Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt! ‘The Hills’ new star, Kristin Cavallari, said she is responsible for the duo and admitted having her regrets while talking to Dan Levy on ‘The Hills Aftershow.’
“I want to apologize to everybody, I had no idea what it would turn into,” Kristin said when Dan asked if she had any idea introducing the two would lead to staged photo ops, Heidi’s music career and their hokey pokey stint on “I’m A Celebrity … Get Me Out Of Here.”
Kristin’s a brave woman for admitting this one publicly
