Miley Cyrus Throws Private Party For Friends

Can’t a girl just eat in peace? Yes you can if your name is Miley Cyrus. The young singer had a restaurant closed so she and 100 friends could party together without having to deal with fans or press.

The ‘Hannah Montana‘ star wanted to celebrate her sold-out concert at Los Angeles Staples Center on Tuesday night by dining at the newly-opened eatery Katsuya.

Miley told bosses she wanted privacy “no matter the cost” so they booked out the entire restaurant. The teen was dressed in an open back, black mini-dress and high black boots as she sipped on a special Katsuya drink.

A source added to website RadarOnline:

“She was in great spirits and danced almost the whole night.”

A sold out show is something to be proud of! I’m glad Miley had that many friends to celebrate with.

Oh, Lord, get those high dollar detox centers ready for this one – headed down the same path as so many who came before her!

  2. bgduckie_01 says:

i guess she really wanted to celebrate.

  3. Nimbus says:

That dress is way to ‘old’ for her… she needs to start looking her age…

  4. SimplyNee says:

maybe I’m just too old (33), but at 16 or 17, my parents would not let me wear fishnet stockings. I think this getup is a little too mature for her.

She has 100 friends? They couldn’t all be her friends, could they?

Sorry, but I feel it’s selfish to shut down an entire restaurant because you want to party with your friends. Does she really think she’s that entitled? Granted she payed for it, but still…..

  10. Manimal says:

Hey, that’s capitalism. Throw enough money at the restaurant and they’ll shut it down. As long as she can afford it, there’s not much that can be done. Hopefully not too many plans were ruined by it!

    I agree.

Wouldn’t it have been a wiser decisino and more age appropriate to maybe have a party at her house (which I’m sure i’m sure is HUGE)? She would be pretty much guaranteed privacy. The whole entitled thing has gone too far.

Also, in my opinion, that dress is not appropriate for a 16 year old. My daughter would not be allowed to dress like that at 16! Nor would she be encouraged to pole dance….

What in the WORLD happened to this young girl?! Where did that good girl image go?

  13. papyrus says:

girl is stupid. she throws a “private” party for her closest 100 friends…but puts down a red carpet and poses for paps, it would be private if she didnt notify anyone

  14. Manimal says:

I think the banner picture is from the VH1 Divas thing, not from her party. Unless I missed something, the banner picture is completely unrelated.

  15. papyrus says:

that makes more sense, i still think she is not the brightest crayon in the box

    Neither are you.

  17. Nicole says:

Did she says she is? Don’t be a jerk.

I hope the “special Katsuya drink” was non-alcoholic. ;)

    I like her shoes. Alot.

Her head looks twice the size of her body.

  21. gretel says:

    “Special” drink. Hahaha. Sure.

  22. kimmytoo says:

    well, she can afford it.

  23. Jeannified says:

She looks ridiculous in this get-up! Like she’s playing “dress up.” This look is all wrong for her.
