Scream IV will start filming in April of next year and Wes Craven is set to direct. Guess who is coming back to the franchise? Neve Campbell! Thank goodness - what's a Scream movie without Sidney Prescott? The actress has officially signed back on and will join both Courteney Cox and David Arquette.
