Rebecca Gayheart was spotted enjoying lunch with a female friend in Los Angeles while carrying around a gorgeous green tote and wearing a matching green and brown blouse.
In recent news, the actress and her husband Eric Dane are suing Gawker.com for $1 million for posting a video that shows the couple cavorting, while nude and partially clothed, with the former Miss United States Teen, Kari Ann Peniche.
I was actually quite shocked when this news came out. It just didn’t seem like something Rebecca would do! But hey, we all have our secrets, right?

A while ago on CDAN there was a blind about a couple who liked to have someone join them. Everyone thought it was Fergie and Josh, but now I wonder if it isn’t Rebecca and Eric. And I agree, do what you do, just don’t put it on film. You just know that it is going to get leaked one day if you do.
