Emmy Rossum's Husband Files For Divorce
After a year and a half of marriage, Emmy Rossum and husband, Justin Siegel, are divorcing. The music executive was the one who filed papers with the Los Angeles Superior Court and is asking for spousal support from the actress.
Justin cited irreconcilable differences.
People Magazine is reporting that Emmy and Justin have been separated for some time.
Although no date of separation is listed on the divorce filing, a source says the pair split in August.
Rossum recently has been romantically linked with Counting Crows frontman Adam Duritz, 45. Over Labor Day weekend in a New York restaurant, they "were sitting side by side, kissing throughout dinner," a source told PEOPLE.
The actress doesn't seem phased according to her Twitter feed. She's busy promoting her new movie and talking about how great the Counting Crows are.

She is trash. Anyone who dates before they are divorced is trash. Its a foul thing to do especially when its all public like this is. Lost all respect for her plus she looks like a coke head in the picture with Adam. Gross.
So you were there and saw it all did you? You know for a fact she is dating someone else do you? I suggest until you do , don't be so viciously offensive about someone. As regards her husband asking for support, I thought music executives were very well paid, even so he appears to be in paid employment so I cannot see the justification for him asking for support.
"The actress doesn't seem phased..." Please, the word is spelled "fazed" (disturbed or disconcerted). "Phased" means synchronized.

Spousal support??? For what? Being a music exec must not pay like it used to. one would think his income was the greater of the two. It's not like she's Angelina Jolie, and raking in 20 million a picture.
Whatever the situation, asking for spousal support makes him come across like a jerk. They were barely even married.
