Wii fit is great. I bought it to do the yoga, and found they have some great strength training exercises on it too. It’s helpful because it teaches you technique so you now you’re doing the exercises the right way. I use it as a supplement in addition to going to the gym though.

I have been doing the wii fit since last year, and I LOVE it! I have the active, the personal training coach, and wii fit. MY favorite is the active. But this new wii fit plus is supposed to be better than the fit, the fit could get boring, since there is only a limited amount of exercises on it.
