Ellen Pompeo Makes Her First Public Appearance Since Giving Birth

Ellen Pompeo hasn't wasted any time getting back into the swing of things! She gave birth to daughter Stella two weeks ago, and last night Ellen and husband Chris Ivey attended the collection launch of Adidas Originals by David Beckham and James Bond.
[Ellen] told PEOPLE "I feel great" and "everything is fantastic" on the home front, and that the best thing about being a new mom is "everything. I'm the luckiest girl in the world!"
Ellen looks forward to playdates with Katherine Heigl's daughter, Naleigh... eventually.
"She's a lot older," notes Pompeo.

If you put the rumors that went around a couple of weeks ago about him cheating with her body language in this picture, I'd say you're going to be writing about a separation very soon :(
He is so not interested in her or being a father. Once again shouldnt she be home with her kid? Only 2 weeks old and already they are on the scene partying and bullshitting.

I am looking forward to a night out with my husband once our child is born. I'm sure they didn't go crazy, but after two weeks in isolation with a newborn, I think she deserves interaction with other adults!
well...it is possible...I lost 35 pounds 6 days after I gave birth and I only gained a total of 11 pounds for my whole pregnancy...I wound up losing weight the first two trimesters...and people would say the most horrible things to me about being so skinny and not "feeding" my baby enough...I learned very quickly that everyone's pregnancy is unique to THEM...and big deal she went out 2 weeks after the baby was born...we don't know how long she was out...maybe she had said she would be present a long time ago and wanted to keep the commitment. Maybe she just showed up to have her photos taken and stay for a short time...I went out quickly after my son was born to have a meal with my husband...and I have to say that grandma was thrilled to have some alone time with the little one...as for her and her husband...I see nothing wrong with their body language...they look great...

I don't know....with both my children, I didn't want to leave them for a second.....two weeks is way too soon to go out...but I guess some mothers are different.

It took me almost 8 weeks to get out of my house after my son was born. I had a c section and i was in pain for a lot of time, and no, I still don't look like that and my kid is 3 and a half years old!
