Lady Gaga was seen arriving to Billboard’s 4th annual Women In Music event in New York City. She’s going to be receiving the “Rising Star” honor tonight. Beyonce is also attending and will be “crowned” Woman of the Year! What an honor for them both!

In other Gaga news: Lady Gaga took to her Twitter today to let everyone know that she is going ahead with her tour & her new single that leaked isn’t the finished product!

Still leaving on solo TOUR this nov. Announcing next week. leaked next single is makin my ears bleed. Wait till you hear the real version ;)

She elaborated to Access Hollywood:

“We just mutually decided to cancel the tour, but I’m still going on tour this November,”
“I’ll be leaving only a week later,” Gaga said.
