A photographer from Flynet Pictures is claiming that Sean Penn attacked him while doing his job. Penn, the agency alleges, “emerged from his truck and walked over 50 feet towards the photog and kicked and punched him without provocation.
So for no reason whatsoever, Sean decided to get out of his vehicle and start kicking and punching people? There’s three sides to a story right? This one happens to be from the paparazzi.
“Penn also berated the photog with obscenities and shouted that he would ‘put you in a box’ to the photog before going back to his house.”
The photog “suffered multiple cuts and bruises from the attack, has filed a police report and is considering pressing charges for battery.”
What do you think? Did Sean just start swinging out of no where? Or were the photographers not letting up and Sean just lost it? Either way, violence is inappropriate, but everyone needs to take some responsibility. Don’t you think?

I don’t blame Sean. Nowadays celebs can’t take a shit without one of these bastards snapping a picture of them. Enough is enough.
it kind of sucks for celebs cuz the paparazzi can just do anything to provoke them to beat them in order for them to sue them.
There was probably alot of paps around him so somebody probably has a video or pics of the incident.
Sean clearly has anger management issues. Everyone knows that. I think the pap provoked him. A key part of his statement is “before going back to his house.” The pap was standing outside the man’s home, probably talking smack and trying to get a reaction. These guys are real slimeballs.

This isnt his first time doing this sort of thing. If i were them i would leave him alone.
The photogs can be awful and Sean is a person you just don’t mess with

I think I’m with the paps….Penn is obnoxious. Also, I’m sure the other photographers have pics of what happened.
I think the pap said something to him that he took exception to. Of course the guy holding the camera isn’t going to say that, because he wants everyone to think Sean Penn is obnoxious for no reason.
Have the paps around you all the time would take a toll on anyone

I saw the pics on another site last night. Sean is a loon!
I havn’t got a clue what happened here, but from other videos of paps I have seen they say all sorts of provoking things to get the celebs attention…. Paps are glorified stalkers if you will…..
