Are The Olsen Twins Racing Each Other Down The Aisle?

According to Star magazine, sibling rivalry is alive and well between Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen. The twins reportedly are both in love with their respective boyfriends and are ready to get married: before the other twin!

Mary-Kate and Ashley are trying to one-up each other with their weddings,” a friend tells Star. “Neither of them wants to be second, because whoever gets married first will steal all the attention from the other!”

Ashley and her boyfriend, Justin Bartha, are simply trying to select a location for their wedding, and it’s between his hometown of West Bloomfield, Michigan or New York City’s Plaza Hotel.

Says one insider, “They are so ready!”

Yet, Mary-Kate is ready to marry her boyfriend, Nate Lowman.

“She would love nothing more than to have people talk about her wedding for years to come – and forget all about Ashley’s!”

I suspect we’ll be talking about both weddings!

    Not buying it.
I can picture Ashley getting married sooner than MK, but I can’t really imagine them trying to overshadow each other.

    I’m not buying it.

  3. That’s going to be a relationship disaster for both of them, because thier getting married for all the wrong reasons.

  4. maiah912 says:

Same here. I don’t really see them fighting about anything, but maybe that’s just me.

Pathetic. Women and marriage is the most pathetic scene ever. I cannot stand it.

  6. Anonymous says:

Women tend to forget that NO ONE and I mean NO ONE cares about their weddings.

  7. laurnicorn says:

I bet those bridesmaid dresses will be seriously ugly….for both weddings-should they ever actually happen.

  8. bgduckie_01 says:

i can already imagine how ugly their wedding dresses are going to be….

  9. sweet kiddo says:

    OMG !!!

I don’t buy it. Mary Kate and Ashley go through men like they go through styles of clothtes. Besides which, they’re entirely to young. if they married at all, it’ll be when they’re in their late 30′s.

i dont think it’s true because there was once an interview or was it in the book, INFLUENCE, where mary kate mentioned that she’s not into marriage for she’s not really into having kids or something but ashley was and mary kate also said she would be a great aunt.

  12. Chelle says:

Probably untrue the story comes from Star Magazine.

  13. sweet kiddo says:

    lol ! you’re such a mean woman ;)

  14. DonnaJ says:

I don’t believe this at all. However, if it were me and I had a sibling rivalry, I would go ahead and let my twin get married first, then totally out do her wedding!

  15. xy mom says:

I swear every hollywood source is a 14 year old girl, and that’s offensive to 14 year old girls.

  16. ChelseaDagger says:

They both kinda look like Jennifer Aniston.

  17. Anonymous says:

riiiiiight. (rolling my eyes). star magazine is such a retarded magazine. I know people don’t like to use that word but I don’t know how else to describe them.

  18. switchstance5 says:

This doesn’t really sound like them. They’ve never been the type to be jealous of one another. They work together on EVERYTHING. If they were jealous of each other they would want separate lives completely.

  19. Lisa Goyette says:

You accidently wrote Ashley’s name both times instead of Mary Kate and her boyfriend Nate Lowman

  20. Amy says:

One gets married first, the second one gets married, while pregnant with twins. There, settled.

  21. OutInLeftField says:

I don’t believe any of that. They will have a double wedding and get married at the same time and it won’t be a big huge production.

  22. Nicole says:

    That’s exactly what I was thinking! :)

  23. Jude says:

I saw an interview with them and they are very different in their perspectives about marriage. I can’t remember which one, but one is marraige-minded, while the other is marraige-resistant. I call “hooey” on this one.

  24. DonnaJ says:

Ah, but at least I’m truthful ;o)
