My stomach turns when I think of the poor Gosselin kids. Jon Gosselin has struck a deal with a TV show to film twins’ Cara and Maddy’s birthday party today.
We’re told Jon has struck a deal with a TV show to allow it to film his kids’ birthday party today — this is the same Jon who doesn’t want his kids filmed on “Kate Plus 8.”
To that, Kate’s lawyer, Mark Momjian, tells TMZ “I’ve never seen a greater hallmark for hypocrisy personified.”

Entertainment Tonight has already announced on their website that they will have cameras at the Gosselin home to record Jon’s arrival. They are going to stream it live here, if you care to watch. I don’t know if this is the TV show TMZ is referring to or another one.
While Jon claims Kate is trying to keep him from seeing the twins on their birthday, a friend told Radar Online about what was supposedly in the rest of the email that Jon didn’t read to the paparazzi.
Kate finished the email by telling Jon she’s given him, if he wants it, Saturday at noon through Sunday 5 p.m. to spend with the kids. That was originally her time.
Even Michael Lohan is concerned that Jon is getting bad legal advice.
TMZ also reports that Jon and Kate are scheduled for an arbitration conference on October 13th about the missing money. Oy vey!
I just hope Cara and Maddy are able to enjoy their 9th birthday!

What on Earth is Jon thinking? Also Kate didn’t say that Jon couldn’t come to the house. She just wanted to limit the time to 4pm-6pm. She thought being together would be really unfortable for herself and the kids. Considering his behavior I couldn’t agree more.

I think they should both lose custody. Give the kids care to Jodi and Kevin. Neither one of these people deserve those children. Poor Mady and Cara – tv cameras shoved in their faces, Jon letting the cameras in .. omg. This is beyond anything between Jon and Kate. I think they should be criminally charged, along with TLC.
It makes me wonder how much ET paid him. After throwing Kate under the bus all week in every interview he did, accusing her of hiding money, it makes me think he is just a spoiled brat having a tantrum until everything goes his way.
Hopefully they will have an amazing birthday despite everything that is going on between their parents

She treated him like dirt all the way through the show…..You set by example to your children, i feel so sorry for those young girls husbands when they are in a relationship cause the poor partners are going to be slaves and belittled in front of everyone. Kate good on you for having all those children, but you never have had to do it all day by yourself you always had help and the crew always played with the kids when you were skitzing…….Jon worked his arse off and came home and you nagged and nagged…..by the way, get a new hair do its fowl

I guess that is what I really don’t understand. In the midst of this muck and mire, everyone seems to have forgotten how badly Kate treated Jon, for the world to see. He put up with it and put up with it – there are many occasions where most men would have told her to shut up!, to stop interrupting, and stop frickin talking over people. Jon was a gentleman to her. Towards the last couple of episodes of Season 4, one could tell that he wasn’t putting up with it as much. If she interrupted him, he’d tell her off. Plain and simple, Kate doesn’t like it that Jon left. All of this horrible behavior on her part towards him, is nothing but revenge. There is no necessity for her to have three law firms, (at what cost?), or to be asked to co-host The View (I turned it off), or to be asked onto any program. Jon looks stressed and it is getting to him. I trust that before I will ever trust Kate. She’s dishonest, disloyal, and vile. As for her being the money manager, what choice did Jon have? She runs over everyone in her path. Don’t misunderstand, I am not defending Jon – allowing ET to film the kids was just so wrong on so many levels. But on some level, I think Jon just got so frustrated, and he is not around people who care about him… I hope he does get some good people to help him. That said, I think the kids should go to Jodi and Kevin for now, and let these two duke it out. Kate is just vile. It galls me no end that she couldn’t accept that she couldn’t have children, manipulated Jon into having them the first time, and then, by her own words, badgered Jon in to having “just one more”. Jon probably knew what was coming and tried to stop it. Kate engineered everything, from the very beginning. I’m sorry it’s all gone pearshaped, but if nothing else, Jon stopped the filming, and stood up to Kate. His method was madness, but it stopped Kate in her tracks. Poor poor Kate … what a lot of rot!
Everybody should just mind their own business and leave them alone. I think the whole TV thing got to the parent’s heads, though. Other than having many kids, they’re just people. But SUDDENLY just because they have eight kids it’s such a big deal that the parents are getting separated or that the dad had an affair.
