Ivanka Trump may be engaged to Jared Kushner, but that doesn’t mean she plans to stop working, or even slow down, in order to start a family just yet.
“Jared and I both work long hours,” Trump explains. “He is successful in his own right and very active in his work. Like my father, he encourages me to follow my passion for real estate.
“When our time to have a family comes around, I know I will compromise,” Trump, a bigwig in her father’s company, tells PEOPLE. “I am not there yet!”
I think that’s smart. Let them enjoy some time just to be married before having children!
Although Ivanka reportedly is keeping details of her October 25 wedding quiet, it is supposed to be a private affair with 500 guests at Donald Trump’s National Golf Club. FIVE HUNDRED guests! It may be private, but it sounds like quite some affair. I wonder if we’ll at least get to see a picture of Ivanka in her wedding dress?

She’s a lovely lady. But how is having babies compromising? I think having a career is compromising. Women don’t seem to care about families anymore. Being a wife or a mom is not compromising. It’s an important job that too many women are forsaking. Our kids are the ones that loses out.
Gorgeous dress! I had about 500 people at my wedding, but mainly because my whole church “family” was invited in addition to the “regular” family & friends.

I doubt that they could possibly have a “small” wedding. I wonder if they know all the guests or if they are business acquaintances of dads?
