“Most people aren’t pooing. I know two girls in my life who are good friends, who were not pooing, but now they’re pooing ’cause I helped them. I taught them how to poo.”

not so much in these pics, but her hair is usually greasy and her face is full of zits….and it’s pooh…not poo!!

  2. Ariel says:

Perhaps you need to poo and you’ll feel better?

  3. Ariel says:

Perhaps you need to stop eating meat so your comments can make sense.

I was a vegetarian for 21 years of my life, and I was an incredibly unhealthy eater. It is amazing how many foods there are in america that have no animal products but also have no nutritional value. I could go days without eating fruits or vegetables, and it was really hard to get enough protein and fiber in processed and non animal based foods.

It is not exclusively being vegan or vegetarian that clears your colon. I am a proud carnivore and I am regular b/c I eat a balanced diet of protein, good fats and veggies. Please do not generalize non-vegetarians to be all clogged-up, fat Americans. My best friend is vegetarian and eats loads of bad stuff.

Yay more self righteous vegans that don’t understand what an omnivore is, that don’t understand what a balanced diet is, that think everyone that eats what they’re supposed to eat (There is that damn omnivore word again) is equal to those stupid fat Americans. We need meat, not food suplements (Oh yeah THAT’s natural! Hypocrits). And again: OMNIVORE, look at your teeth, we’re made this way sorry. Nature is cruel bla bla, get over it.

  9. DonnaJ says:

Personally, I think she sounds like an idiot.

  10. Helen says:

I thought we were born with the “ability” to poo, but apparently you need a Poo Guru to go number two.
Whoa! try to say that three times fast!

  11. YAYI says:

    TMI!!!!

  12. TMI says:

Maybe they need to visit their doctor?

  13. Monica says:

    ahaha, that’s my trick.

  14. Monica says:

I know how to poo and I’m not a vegan. I don’t really understand this quote.

  15. Anonymous says:

This girl needs to eat some meat….she can’t even speak correctly.

  16. DonnaJ says:

I had no idea that taking a shit was mood altering. I hope the food and drug administration don’t get a hold of this information.

  17. bgduckie_01 says:

    random poo quote lol.

  18. Chelle says:

    I guess….

  19. testguy says:

This girl obviously doesn’t know sh1t about p00.

  20. CapturingLife says:

At first glance I thought it meant “shampooing” because I know a lot of people who call that “no ‘pooing”, which sounds weird but whatever. But after reading the article and re-reading the quote, it sounds like the other poo. LOL A bit TMI.

  21. KissKiss says:

    me no understand, no?

Maybe “pooing” is a metaphore for something else. Or one can only poo if they eat her vegan recipes?

  22. sweet kiddo says:

    hope you’re kidding !!

  23. kimmytoo says:

    I dont think he is…

  24. Manimal says:

Now that is a disturbingly arousing quote.

  25. kimmytoo says:

i wish she would have acted more.

  26. smp209 says:

    what does that even mean?

  27. Ariel says:

Maybe the extra fruits and veggie in the vegan diet mean more fiber, which helps to get the poo moving in the tract?

  28. Anonymous says:

She is referring to the disgusting amount of constipation Americans have. It is totally unhealthy to be so backed up to the point of constipation which is considered the norm here in the states. Being vegetarian and vegan means no constipation, no blockage and no back ups cuz we dont eat the crap to clog us. Simple.

  29. KissKiss says:

You just made my day! It’s great being a vegetarian!

  30. Anonymous says:

exactly, thank you! i love alicia silverstone.

  31. Anonymous says:

There’s a LOT of crap you can eat and still be vegan. I think it has a lot more to do with eating natural, non-processed food.

  32. DonnaJ says:

I’m not a vegan and I have zero complications with my system. Its called moderation and wise food choices. If you’re a vegan, good for you, but don’t generalize Americans and please don’t glorify vegans.

  33. supia says:

wow. thats a lotta “poo” in such a few number of sentences @.@

  34. dieselchicklett says:

    FASCINATING…

  35. maiah912 says:

    Well good for her!

  36. OutInLeftField says:

Hey, I’m vegetarian as well and I love it. I always feel great and never have that “oh I shouldn’t have eaten that” feeling. I’m not quite ready to go totally vegan though.

  37. lara jane says:

You’re exactly right. True, our bodies weren’t designed to digest most meats and animal by-products, but I’m more worried about the hormones, preservatives, etc in food nowadays.

  38. Ariel says:

Exactly. My favorite brand of potato chips is free of animal products.

Dude, I could totally live off of those and I could boast about being vegan, too.
