Sad, but possibly true. One of my friends died of “natural causes” on a basketball court my senior year of high school. Ended up being something to do with his heart, and his tox screen was clean. So sad.
How can a 33 year old die of natural causes? Way too young to die of natural causes. Maybe a heart defect or something like that but natural causes, that’s awful.
