Fact Or Fiction: Are Khloe Kardashian And Lamar Odom Having Trouble Agreeing On A Pre-Nup?

According to Radar Online, this is true. Newlyweds (maybe legally, maybe not, depending on who you ask) Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom reportedly are having trouble agreeing on a prenuptial agreement, say "sources close to the couple."

[T]hey [note: it's unclear who "they" refers to, but it seems to be the "sources close to the couple"] are growing increasingly frustrated with the Laker star because he is "listening to advisers, and a group of hanger-on friends about what the pre-nup should include. Lamar needs to man up, and stand up to these people, it doesn't seem like they have the best interests of Lamar and Khloe as a couple at heart."

The talks are "progressing", a source close to the couple told RadarOnline.com, but the process could "be made a lot easier if Lamar would just put his foot down when it comes to Khloe. This is the woman that will be his wife, and Lamar will be sleeping in bed at night with Khloe, not these people."

However, these sources also say that "there is a tremendous amount of love" between Khloe and Lamar, which will "prevail in the end."

TMZ is reporting that Khloe is ready to give Lamar what he wants (his income will remain separate, he will only pay Khloe a fixed monthly amount, regardless of how long they are married, and he will pay for all their joint expenses).

This is substantially less than California's 50/50 law if there is no prenup in place.

Khloe reportedly thinks she can change Lamar's mind about this arrangement over time but for now, she just wants to get married (legally).
