In 2005, Heidi Klum stunned everyone (read: moms) everywhere when she was ready to do the runway for a Victoria’s Secret fashion show only two months after giving birth to son Henry.
After giving birth to her fourth child, daughter Lou last Friday, Heidi isn’t going to push herself to be ready for the runway this time.
“I don’t know if I’m going to try to get ready for the show,” Klum, 36, told PEOPLE.
“I’m going to totally play it by ear and see what happens.”
The annual Victoria’s Secret show is scheduled to take place in New York City next month.
“[Victoria's Secret] knows that it’s very close after [my due date], and they are not putting any pressure on me, and I’m not putting any pressure on myself!” she said. “It’s not a lot of time [to get back in shape]. I think I’m going to take it a little bit easy.
The most important thing is for our little girl to be happy and healthy,” Klum added. “That’s the main concern and we’ll see what happens after that.”
You certainly can’t blame Heidi for that, especially since she now has four children on her hands!

Good for her.
One month?! That’s insane. You can’t loose 30 plus pounds in one month!
Yeah, exactly. She may just be putting this statement out there only to completely surprise everyone later.
I wouldn’t be surprised if she did do it.
I don’t blame her one bit.
good for her. it was probably really stressful last time and she probably doesnt want to go through that again. either way, i think she’ll look great once she hits the runway.
reeeeally? Interesting. I thought she lost all the baby weight naturally last time…..sounds like she’s admitting that she killed herself getting back to her old body.
she should take all the time she needs.
I would hope she’s taking it easy! geez.
Is it actually confirmed that she gave birth? Her quote about the baby being healthy and “we’ll see what happens after that” leads me to believe that this statement was made pre-birth, whether it has happened or not.
yeah for baby # 4
