Update On Lindsay Lohan's Court Case

Earlier in the morning, INO reported that Lindsay Lohan was due in court after not complying with a court ordered alcohol education course.
She arrived (over an hour late) and walked away with a year probation.
While Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Marsha Revel said in court that she was "rooting" for Lohan to successfully complete her probation, she made clear that any future slip-ups would be tolerated.
"I'm going to know about it," said Revel, "because your whole life is followed."
The judge said that Lohan must get court approval for any leave of absence of more than 21 days.
"If you don't do that, the deputy district attorney will be asking for jail time," said Revel, who then made sure that Lohan understood any time off must be work-related and "not to go shopping...not to go vacationing."
Lindsay has completed 15 out of the 26 court ordered individual classes, 13 of 26 group sessions and 13 of 28 self-help classes.
Her next court date is Dec. 15th.

Probably not. She would clearly fail.

What a disgrace! Anyone else would have been thrown in jail for that. She's had over a year to do those classes and only managed to do half?

Ah, yes...clearly she has been too busy with her new fashion line and being in a rocky relationship to complete those classes.

haha. yes so busy.
just what we were all predicting.....a slap on the wrist. surprise surprise. i wish people would stop rooting for her.

Too bad, really. The judge had a chance to help her but no, she gets let loose out on the streets to keep living the same. Get this girl some help now.

i think so too,she have been needing help for quite a while now.. will someone ever realized it ?
she looks so depressed, as she should be. i used to think she was just an extraordinary brat, but i now think she is very disturbed. once a childhood is over there is so much a counselor can do, but hers, with her fame and her parents, was clearly screwed up.
what a farce. judge made a joke of the judicial system. yes if you are famous you can get away with anything.
How come these 'celebs' get away with showing up in front of a judge 1 hour late?????

??? She needs consequences not more excuses.
i think that's a type because after it says the judge would be watching her or whatever. it's all very annoying. just like schriver on her gd cell phone when her husband freaking created the law to ban that kind of stuff. oh well guess WE'RE not priveledged like them
oops typo. irony!

I guess the judge doesn't read gossip blogs or tabloids.

The fact that such personal matters are posted - IN DETAIL - on stupid gossip websites is absolutely disgusting.

Its called public record. You really should try and educate yourself, Ellie.

I always think it's funny that people who read this site, and clearly comment/read a lot looking at their points, talk about how it's a "stupid" site.......

Where there's no sense, there's no feeling.
This judge was definitely to light on Lindsay. It's clear that this girl has some major problems and letting her get off light is STUPID. It's a mockery of the whole judical system. It if it was you or I, we'd defintely be spending time in jail. Lindsay needs serious help and probation obviously hasn't helped her. Send her away to real rehab. Better yet, send her to jail so she can learn a real lesson.
I think its just ridiculous how celebs are in the news for every little thing they do.

I hope someone comes to her rescue before its too late.
