Quote Of The Day: Alec Baldwin On Tom Cruise's Salary
Alec Baldwin must know that Tom Cruise has a great sense of humor. Alec was hosting the Elle magazine's annual Women in Hollywood dinner and awards show and took a few funny cracks at Tom's high salary.
Speaking on the large gap in wages between men and women in Hollywood he said:
"I believe we can balance the scales if Tom Cruise would lower his quote by a mere $29 million,"
"I realize this may be a bit unfair since he's not here to defend himself and I really don't want to put this all on one man, but if I had to, that man would be Tom Cruise…I assure you my salary would not make a difference. My annual salary is the budget for Altoids on one of Tom's movies."
Katie was in the audience and reportedly enjoyed a chuckle over the comments. And I'd bet that Tom had a good laugh over it when he heard about it. :)

Baldwin has always been a TC fan. He always raves about him since yesteryears so this is not new. Even when the tabloids and media poked fun of Scientology esp 2005 Tom had many defenders in Hollywood and Baldwin was one of them. Now ofcourse the media loves TC again. Shows the media is so fickle.
Its funny but its the truth. For once I enjoyed his quotes not his politics. Cant wait for Tom's movie Knight and Day to come out.

Couldn't care less what Alec Baldwin has to say. He's another celeb that treated his ex-wife like dirt. No respect.
I may not like Alec but to be fair his wife was not a saint herself. Calif. and America can cut nonsense social programs and programs abused by illegals. If you follow real news and not the tabloids all movie studios and actors did have cuts with the exception of Will Smith. I agree Katie looks pretty.
