Selena Gomez Will Know 'What Boys Want'

'The Wizards of Waverly Place' star Selena Gomez is coming to the big screen in a comedy called 'What Boys Want.' Guess what the movie's about?
Story centers on a teenage girl who can hear what men are thinking.
But did I really need to tell you that? If you saw the Mel Gibson/Helen Hunt movie 'What Women Want,' then you probably could've figured it out from the title. Well, at least it's not a flat-out remake.

Boy, the industry could really use some good writers.

i agree. if its not the same story, they just go for a remake.

Ha, I'm pretty sure that she doesn't want to know what some dirty, old perverts are thinking about when they look at her. Ew!

I realize the quote refers to "men", but the movie is called "What BOYS Want", so I have to assume we're not talking about dirty old men., but rather pre-pubescent horny boys...not that that's much cleaner.

Yeah, really? A movie filled with two hundred different ways to say, "Wow, I want to bone that..." and five thousand synonyms for "boobs"? Has potential for a comedy if it were rated R or, better yet, NC-17.

A teenage girl who can hear what men are thinking? No, no, I don't think so.

So it's gonna be R rated?

This is a ridiculous premise. Guys are easy. They don't play the kinds of games we play. They're not vague, they don't practice to mislead, their words aren't usually convoluted or conniving.

Ugh. I didn't enjoy the Mel Gibson/Helen Hunt movie at all. Hopefully this movie won't be as terrible.
