Carrie Underwood And Mike Fisher Open Up

Carrie Underwood And Mike Fisher Open Up

It sounds like things are pretty serious between Carrie Underwood and NHL player Mike Fisher: they're talking about their relationship publicly. What's Carrie's idea of a romantic date?

"I love sporting events and popcorn and pizza and being outside, like at a baseball or football game. I love amusement parks, going to ride roller coasters. I also love -- not all the time, but occasionally -- getting really dressed up and going on a proper date, where he picks you up and you're wearing a nice dress and you both smell real nice, and you made a big effort to get looking pretty for this person."

It's good that she likes sporting events, since she's dating an athlete :)

Meanwhile, Mike said he doesn't serenade Carrie.

"I like to sing," the Ottawa Senators player tells The Sens Show, a Web news program for his team. "[But] when I try to sing some of her songs, she just laughs!"

Mike admitted that finding time together with their schedules is a struggle.

"Obviously it's tough with our schedules to see each other," he tells the program. "But we always find a way to make it work."

His busy girlfriend, he adds, is "very committed, and she works extremely hard. She doesn't get too many days off – a lot less days off than I get. She's always going."

But when Carrie does slow down, she admits she likes shopping, although "Nashville could use some better shopping!" One thing Carrie won't be doing: twitter. Why?

"It just sounds like organized stalking to me."

Huh. I never thought of twitter like that. Well, I hope things work out for these two. They're certainly low-key: I can't find a single picture of them together!

Organized stalking is a good way of putting it.

Well apparently Carrie changed her tune about twitter since that comment.
On twitter you can make your messages private and you can also not publicly say something private!! It's a good networking tool especially for celebrities to interact with fans.
People can get a text to their phone for instance when Carrie makes an announcement.

That is a low-key relationship if there are no photos of them together as a couple. Kudos to them for keeping it so private.

I've always thought of Twitter like that. Who would want to make their business everyone else's? As for Carrie & Mike - hooray for them. So happy she found a good man!
