Elijah Wood And Abigail Breslin In Corduroy Magazine

These pictures show Elijah Wood and Abigail Breslin in a new light. Elijah also chatted with Corduroy Magazine about some of his experiences in Hollywood.

What was it like filming a video with Paula Abdul?

“I was supposed to be this serious music executive in the video who had to keep breaking pencils and running his hands through his hair,” Wood recalls, “But I was just super excited because I got to meet Paula Abdul.”

Elijah also talked about auditioning for Baz Luhrmann for ‘Moulin Rouge.’

“It was absolutely the scariest audition I’ve ever had,” he recalls, in a tone that suggests he hasn’t completely gotten over the public scrutiny. “I always get nervous at auditions because you feel vulnerable and you’re putting yourself out there, but to have to sing on top of that made it ten times worse.”

And what about ‘Lord of the Rings’?

“I’ve sort of resigned myself that that will be with me for the rest of my life,” he says. “And I get it; those movies are so beyond any of us. You do those kinds of things that people connect with on that kind of level and it’ll always be with you. But I don’t think it’s a bad thing. The whole Lord of the Rings experience is a perfect example of being afforded an experience that was beyond just making a movie.”

Meanwhile, Abigail looks all grown up in these edgy photos, although she admits to being an adoring ‘Twilight’ fan with a six-foot tall cardboard cutout of Robert Pattinson at home.
