And so begins the divorce process. TMZ learned that Avril Lavigne and Deryck Whibley have already started dividing up their assets with Avril giving Deryck their home.
Last week, Avril signed over the deed to the multimillion dollar Sherman Oaks home to Deryck, naming him the new “sole and separate” owner — just four days after she filed for divorce on October 9th.
But don’t think Deryck just got lucky getting their mansion: TMZ also reports that a little over $1 million dollars is still owed on the house. Hopefully they’ll be able to come get through this process as fairly as possible so they can both move on.

Avril Lavigne screwing around has been the talk of Holly Wood for a whole year , she is not the innocent little role model for teens that her management would like every body to think .
Giving deryck the house is just to ease her guilt conscious and keep him quiet , now she can move in with her lover and not look like the slut she is .
I usually don’t think Avril is pretty, but she does look pretty here.
