Katherine Heigl And Ellen Pompeo Return To 'Grey's Anatomy'
Both Katherine Heigl and Ellen Pompeo have returned to work on 'Grey's Anatomy.' I bet that was quite a homecoming :)
"They're both back at work and everyone's really happy to see them," says a show source.
The set must be overrun with baby talk, between Katherine and Ellen's new daughters, Chyler Leigh having a baby (she gave birth to daughter Anniston last spring), and Eric McDane expecting a baby with wife Rebecca Gayheart! Chyler said the set is very family-friendly.
"My trailer is overtaken by kid’s stuff. Anniston has a buzzy chair, diapers, wipes, formula, toys," she told PEOPLE in August. And the cast takes to it well, too. "Justin [Chambers] crowned [Anniston] baby Elvis because of her mowhawk!"
I'm sure there's no shortage of advice on set: Justin Chambers and his wife have five children, and Patrick Dempsey and Chandra Wilson each have three kids.

Katherine is a very nice person anyway...its really sad the way she has been treated in the press. Very unfair and harshly. The pic above isnt from the Grey's set though..thats from the her movie in Atlanta.

Sounds like a good place to work, since everybody is in the same phase of life. I still can't get over Chyler Leigh naming her daughter Anniston. Jolie would be one thing (and I'm sorry to even bring it up for fear that I appear biased; I assure you I am not!)... since Jolie is a real word and could possibly overcome the association with the actress -- although even that would be a stretch. But Anniston? Why not Streep, while you're at it? Or Winslet? Or Blanchett or even Johansson? Gah.

According to Wikipedia, the one (she or her husband) who guessed the right gender, got to choose the name. Her husband came up with Anniston. I'm not sure whether it's an actual (sur)name, since Jennifer Aniston's name is an anglicized version of Anastassakis

No, I know that... but that's the association, right? If it's a family name, good for them. I love family names. But if it's random and meaningless, why not pick one of a billion OTHER names without such a strong association?
