Ivanka Trump has married in front of 500 friends and family. The 27-year-old heiress – who is the daughter of Ivana and Donald Trump – wed her publisher fiance Jared Kushner at a lavish ceremony at her father’s luxurious Trump National Gold Club in New Jersey yesterday.
She wrote on her Twitter account:
“Just finished a gorgeous hike. The leaves are spectacular and the sun is shining. Everything is simply perfect! I’m getting married today!”
The night before the wedding, the businesswoman-and-model spent the evening relaxing with a handful of her closest friends.
“At a very casual ‘rehearsal’ dinner with friends… just five of my lady friends and me having a casual dinner and getting excited. Perfect!”
The blonde beauty wore a delicate Vera Wang wedding gown on the day and celebrated long into the evening. At one point Regis Philbin serenaded the couple with a song.
Ivanka and Jared – who owns The New York Observer newspaper – had dated on and off for two years before he proposed in July.
