Leona Lewis Has A Five Year Plan That Doesn't Involve Children
Leona Lewis doesn't want children for at least five years. The 'Happy' singer, 24, says she would love to become a mother at some point but is too busy concentrating on her career at the moment.
"In the future definitely, but not within five years. I can see myself being an older mother. But I probably haven't given it proper thought as it's so far in the distance. I am a family person. But I say that and I am career driven as well! It's like 50-50."
I love how people are already asking Leona about children. She is young and her career has just exploded. I'm sure there are other things on her mind at the moment.
Like for example, the thing that's on my mind right now is Leona's cropped top. I know the look is back. It's all over H&M and Topshop. I can't get into this trend because after two children... no one wants to see that shirt on me. But what do you think about the look? Do you own one? Are you planning on jumping on this 80s trend?

ha, i turned on the radio and there's a leona lewis song playing, how fitting :) I say she's in no hurry for children, 30 is still young nowadays. As for cropped tops - they look great on certain people and i know when i'm shopping i'm kinda tempted to buy one, but i'm afraid i'd put it on and it'd look cool-ish in my eyes but just silly in the eyes of every other person. Not that one should care too much bout others opinions, it's just a trend that might look even sophisticated on someone and plain silly on the other. I think i'll pass. But she looks cute.

I would never wear a top like that. I always go for shirts that are a bit longer.

If the top were longer, yes I would wear it. As it were, I'm beyond tired of the 80's. I wish if we were to continue to revisit decades we'd try the 60's (late 60's anyway). Why do people think the 80s are so great EVERY SEASON we have to push it?
As for Leona, I think it's smart to make sure you're both stable financially and in your career before having kids. I don't have any myself, but I wouldn't want to worry about my children & know I may not be able to afford them.

Good for her for knowing what she wants. I didn't have myself figured out when I got married and had a baby, so I feel like I blew a lot of opportunities. Of course, I wouldn't change how it turned out because I adore my child and wouldn't trade him for anything!
As for the shirt, no. It looks fine on her, and probably most girls with a similar figure, but I have hips & boobs and I'm not very tall, so it would look all bad on my body!

Those crop tops reminds me of what Amber Rose wears. I would never wear one. I like my tops longer.
