Noah Cyrus Causes Her Own Controversy In Racy Halloween Costume
Is 9 year old Noah Cyrus in a dominatrix costume? A body-hugging lace mini dress and platform knee-high PVC boots? WHAT is she wearing? Talk about inappropriate. Here's Miley Cyrus' sister attending the 16th Annual Dream Halloween held at Barker Hanger which benefited Children Affected by Aids Foundation.
What do you think about the look? Should her parents have made her choose something more age appropriate? Or is this just a sign of the times (a very sad sign)? I mean, you'd think that Billy Ray would be more cautious after everything that's happened with Miley thus far.
While Noah was doing the rounds at charity events (daddy Cyrus is pushing her hard these days), her big sister was spotted grabbing some lunch with a friend at Sushi Dan in Studio City.

I have to admit i've loved racy outfits from a very early age (like 7 years old). It was something fun and in all honesty not the least bit sexual at the beginning (though those kind of things creap in to mind surprisingly early, which kind of makes allowing sexy costumes more inappropriate). So, at home this might go IMO, but at a public event where you have all the people looking at you, wrong wrong wrong in my book. I mean she's 9, and i can't help but think she just looks cute, 'cause she's like a toddler to me, ehh, but her parents should STILL think more carefully. She's representing herself there, not just palying around.

I have a 9-year-old and the girls in his 4th grade are still dressing as princesses or book characters. This child didn't go out and buy this costume -- and put it on and wear it out -- without her parents or their knowledge. Same goes for ANY child wearing inappropriate attire. This pi$$es me off to no end. They wouldn't make skanky clothes in little sizes if nobody was buying them.

You seem to have forgot the pic in her costume where shes sat on Mileys lap and showing her pants,i think these outfits are Noeis style(remember the pink dresses or the firepole shot). I am a big fan of Noei+Emz and i dont think they are doing wrong even tho they are only 9year old. Amy
@NIMBUS it was a firepole not stripper pole,it was during another charity event that they were attending with all the family,i think billy ray,miley,tish and the rest were in the pic
